Proper Bar is the central full-service bar inside Proper Eats Food Hall, the 24,000-square-foot, chef-driven food hall on the Promenade Level of ARIA Resort & Casino, operated by Clique Hospitality. Alongside its beer, wine, and cocktail list, the bar has run a crafted non-alcoholic agave program built around Almave, the zero-proof blue-agave "tequila" co-created by Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, including the Golden Hour Margarita (Almave Blanco, fresh lime, prickly pear syrup, agave nectar), the Blanco Paloma (Almave Blanco, fresh grapefruit and lime, Squirt), and the Ámbar Carajillo (Almave Ámbar, cold brew, agave nectar, aromatic bitters). These crafted zero-proof drinks were highlighted as a Dry January feature rather than a permanent year-round menu. Standing non-alcoholic choices at the bar include Fever-Tree sodas, fresh-pressed juices, Perrier, and Red Bull, and the surrounding food hall offers coffee, donuts, and other vendors for non-drinkers. The food hall is open daily from 7:00 AM, making the bar an accessible Strip option for an alcohol-free order.
