Sèchey

Sèchey is a fully alcohol-free retail concept at 540 King Street in downtown Charleston, founded in 2021 by Emily Heintz. Part bottle shop and part tasting salon, it stocks premium non-alcoholic wine, beer, and zero-proof spirits alongside adaptogen-infused functional beverages, and offers complimentary tastings so customers can sample before they buy. The space is positioned as a modern, chic alternative to a traditional liquor store, geared toward sober and sober-curious shoppers.

Beyond the storefront, Sèchey runs Sèchey Noir, a separate line focused on THC and CBD products, and offers complimentary local delivery in downtown Charleston as well as event tastings. The shop remains open as of 2026, with hours of Monday through Wednesday noon to 6pm and Thursday through Saturday 10am to 7pm.
