Summer House on the Lake is a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant at Disney Springs West Side in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, bringing a Southern California coastal menu to Walt Disney World Resort. It's the fourth Summer House location following sister restaurants in Chicago, North Bethesda, and Las Vegas, with lakeside patio seating spread across three bars overlooking Lake Buena Vista and its own Cookie Bar serving 15+ flavors of oversized cookies for dessert.
Its drink menu carries a distinct 'Zero Proof' section with four $9 builds: the Waitlist (sparkling rosé lemonade, elderflower, lemon), Pineapple Kick (pineapple, orange, habanero honey), Strawberry Fields (strawberry, sage, lavender), and the Lakeside Cooler (kalamansi, Fever-Tree yuzu lime, mint).
Reviewing the Strawberry Fields for Disney Food Blog, writer Lydia Storks found it 'bubbly like soda water, and had a strong strawberry flavor,' noting it 'wasn't very sweet until I got to the bottom of the glass, but it was nice and refreshing' — one of several zero-proof choices she noted alongside the restaurant's spritzes and specialty cocktails.
Beyond dinner, Summer House also runs weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 9am-2pm and a Monday-Friday Martini Hour from 3-6pm at the bar.
