The Edison is Disney Springs' industrial-gothic showpiece, styled after a 1920s underground electricity factory turned illicit bar, complete with aerialists, a fortune teller, and steampunk decor. It sits in The Landing, Disney Springs' waterfront dining neighborhood in Lake Buena Vista at Walt Disney World Resort, and opened on New Year's Eve 2017. The restaurant is operated by Patina Restaurant Group, which runs several other Walt Disney World dining venues.
Its zero-proof menu is unusually deep for a themed restaurant and has its own printed "Zero Proof Cocktails" section: the Heart & Sol (Seedlip Grove 42, Seedlip Spice 94, housemade cinnamon cordial, pineapple, orgeat, Fever-Tree ginger beer) and the LZP (Seedlip Garden 108, cold-pressed watermelon juice, housemade cinnamon cordial, lemon juice, strawberry) both build on Seedlip's distilled non-alcoholic spirits, while the Botanic Sun uses the botanical non-alcoholic spirit Aplos Arise with muddled mint, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Rounding out the list are the playful Disco Melon Soda (cold-pressed watermelon juice, strawberry puree, Sprite, lemonade, served with a complimentary glow cube), Apple Propellant (apple cider, honey, lemon juice, ginger ale), Smoke & Mirrors (pineapple juice, lemon juice, lime juice, orgeat), and Springs Water (cucumber, mint, lime).
The Disco Melon Soda's complimentary glow cube is a signature bit of theater tying the drink to the restaurant's electricity-themed decor. A 2025 review in Main St. Magic called the Heart & Sol "bold, tart, complex" and the LZP "light, fresh, and a little unexpected," noting the zero-proof list offers "creative, elevated drinks that don't feel like an afterthought" compared to the typical mocktail treatment at comparable theme-park restaurants. The Edison also holds a 2025 OpenTable Diners' Choice award for "Great for Cocktails."
