Wild (stylized "W!ld") is a Bali-inspired coffee bar, lounge, and legal hemp dispensary that opened in The Heights in spring 2022, founded by cousins Adyson and Andrew Alvis. By day it pours specialty coffee using beans roasted in collaboration with Houston's Tenfold Coffee; by night it becomes a plant-filled lounge with a "bud bar" of CBD and hemp-derived products. Wild is a full-service bar that also serves beer, wine, and cocktails, but it caters to "California sober" guests with a line of non-alcoholic, CBD-infused elixirs — named options include the Pink Loco (raspberry, coconut, citrus, mint with full-spectrum CBD) and the Orange Crush. The drinks are house-made and hemp-forward rather than conventional zero-proof spirits. A former Montrose location closed in early 2026; the Heights flagship remains open daily.
