Parch is a non-alcoholic, agave-based ready-to-drink cocktail brand inspired by the Sonoran Desert. It was founded in 2022 by Rodolfo Aldana and Ila Byrne, who set out to capture the spirit of agave without the alcohol and to craft their drinks "in harmony with nature." Each canned cocktail is built on organic blue weber agave, prickly pear cactus fruit and desert botanicals, following the founders' "what grows together, goes together" philosophy.

Instead of ethanol, Parch substitutes a custom blend of 185mg of active adaptogens per can — L-Theanine (50mg), Ashwagandha (35mg) and American Ginseng (100mg) — selected by a naturopathic doctor for stress relief, antioxidant support and wakeful relaxation. The drinks are 100% plant-based, gluten-free and vegan, contain roughly 70 calories per 8.4 fl oz can, and the brand describes itself as non-alcoholic with less than 0.5% ABV. The core lineup includes the bittersweet, citrus-forward Prickly Paloma and the smoky, spicy Spiced Piñarita, alongside a Desert Margarita and Sedona Spritz.

Parch grew quickly after launch: by mid-2023, around its first anniversary, it was the Champion of BevNET's New Beverage Showdown 25 and reported availability across 47 states and roughly 550 stores. The brand pledges 1% of profits to The Mission Garden in Tucson, Arizona, an ethnobotanical heritage garden supporting Sonoran Desert biodiversity.
