Sexy Fish Miami is the Brickell outpost of the London-born Caprice Holdings restaurant group, occupying a lavish, underwater-themed space featuring original Damien Hirst artwork. Beyond its Asian-influenced seafood menu, the bar program is notable for its structured non-alcoholic offering. In May 2024 the venue launched its "Unity" cocktail menu, built around 12 core flavor profiles each served in both a full-strength and a 0% ABV iteration — a near 1:1 alcohol-free mirror of the spirited list. The program was developed by Caprice Holdings' bar team, and the zero-proof builds lean on house-made tinctures and infusions plus named ingredients like Seedlip Garden 108 and London Essence Co. sodas. Miami-exclusive serves include Lime, Goldenberry, and Coffee (the latter inspired by the espresso martini and carajillo). It is one of Miami's most deliberately built NA cocktail experiences.

The Sylvester is a Midtown Miami cocktail bar opened in April 2019 by Florida natives Ben Potts and Brian Nasajon, the duo behind Beaker & Gray. Set in the former Bardot space at 3456 N Miami Ave, it pairs vintage Miami décor — colorful retro wallpaper and repurposed antique furniture — with a craft cocktail program built on locally sourced ingredients, reopening in 2021 with a refreshed Florida-themed menu. Amal is a modern Lebanese restaurant and bar in Coconut Grove, opened in 2022 by Ink Entertainment Group, the hospitality company led by Beirut-born founder Charles Khabouth. It is the U.S. counterpart to the original Amal in Toronto, with executive chef Wissam Baki overseeing a menu of shareable mezze and coastal Lebanese dishes in a 180-seat dining room known for live music and a lively evening scene. For non-drinkers, Amal keeps a named zero-proof list built on Seedlip Notas de Agave and Martini & Rossi non-alcoholic aperitivo: the Habibi Mule (Seedlip Notas de Agave, prickly pear–lime, hibiscus ginger beer), the Yalla Spritz (Martini & Rossi Vibrante, cranberry-mango, Fever-Tree soda), and the Secret Garden (parsley-infused Seedlip Notas de Agave, lime, orange blossom, rose water, tonic). Uchi is the Wynwood location of the Japanese restaurant group founded by chef Tyson Cole, on NW 25th Street, serving lunch and dinner every day of the week. The bar keeps a standing non-alcoholic section rather than a single token drink, and the builds are made to sit alongside the sashimi and hot plates rather than to imitate cocktails: the Inari uses Seedlip Grove with lychee, lemon and yuzu; the Raba is a tangier build of passionfruit and ginger topped with soda; and the newest addition, the Ube Shima, works ube with coconut milk and pineapple. Non-alcoholic beer has also appeared on the list. Happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 6:30pm, and the kitchen serves until 11pm.

Beauty & The Butcher is a Grove Bay Hospitality steakhouse on South Red Road in Coral Gables, a residential stretch well south of Miracle Mile, and its bar list carries two named alcohol-free builds. Both are constructed on non-alcoholic spirits rather than juice: the Skinny Hinny combines Seedlip Spice with a sour mint cordial, ginger beer and watermelon, and the Flor y Pepe pairs Lyre's Agave Blanco with elderflower, cucumber and lime. Dinner runs nightly from 5pm, with an earlier Friday service from noon, and the kitchen serves until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

Joia Beach is a restaurant and beach club on Watson Island, the strip of land in Biscayne Bay between downtown Miami and South Beach, with what RESIDENT calls a European-inspired setting, on the sand facing the city skyline. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Joia Lemonade, which combines Seedlip Garden with citrus, pineapple, a rosemary agave and activated charcoal — a striking, near-black drink that reads herbal rather than sweet. RESIDENT described it in December 2025 as clean and intentional and as a zero-proof option designed for daylight hours and slow afternoons by the water. The club opens at 11:30am and runs to 11pm on Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Tuesdays.

AVIV is the Israeli restaurant from chef Michael Solomonov and restaurateur Steve Cook, both multiple James Beard Award winners, set inside 1 Hotel South Beach on Collins Avenue. The name means "spring" in Hebrew, and the cooking pairs ancient techniques with a Tel Aviv-meets-Miami room. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Almond Blossom, which layers Seedlip Grove 42 with orgeat, yuzu juice and yuzu soda — the citrus expression of the non-alcoholic distiller carrying the almond sweetness rather than being buried by it. RESIDENT wrote in December 2025 that the drink feels layered yet restrained. The restaurant serves breakfast daily from 7am and dinner from 5:30pm, running to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
