CASBAR Lounge is the 24-hour cocktail lounge on the casino floor at SAHARA Las Vegas, at the quieter north end of the Strip, with live music every evening and a room built for sitting rather than passing through. Its non-alcoholic menu is unusually developed for a casino bar: rather than stripping the spirit out of a cocktail and serving what is left, the bar reaches for low- and no-ABV substitutes and rebuilds classics properly, working largely with Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits so that the juniper of a gin drink or the vanilla of a whiskey drink is still there. Documented builds include an N/A Old Fashioned made with Lyre's American Malt and an N/A Raspberry Mojito made with Lyre's White Cane Spirit. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority named it among seven must-try spirit-free stops in the city, and Best of Las Vegas awarded the lounge Bronze for Best Cocktail Bar in 2024. Doberman Drawing Room is a cocktail-forward lounge and social club in Las Vegas' 18b Arts District, opened April 30, 2025 by Corner Bar Management in a 3,400-square-foot space styled after a moody 19th-century drawing room with private booths and an indoor atrium garden. Velveteen Rabbit is an award-winning craft cocktail bar and one of the very first cocktail bars to open in Downtown Las Vegas's Arts District, known for its artsy interior, boutique spirits, vintage furniture, pink patio, and constantly evolving seasonal menus built on house-made botanicals and syrups. ECHO - Taste & Sound is an intimate vinyl hi-fi listening lounge and bar in the Las Vegas Arts District, opened in March 2025 by sober chef-owner Natalie Young (formerly of the long-running Fremont East brunch spot EAT) and entrepreneur Tom McAllister. Set in a mid-century-modern room of warm wood, acoustic panels, plants and vintage furnishings spun on a McIntosh sound system, it pairs elevated small plates with curated vinyl. As a sober owner, Young made an inclusive beverage program a priority from the start, with bar talent drawn from the storied (now-closed) Downtown Cocktail Room. The Underground Speakeasy & Distillery at The Mob Museum

It has to be somewhere you can sit, so bottle shops are out. And its hours have to run past midnight on at least one night, which is what makes this a nightlife page rather than a second copy of the sober bars list: at that cut a restaurant with a good zero-proof menu drops out, and the bars, lounges, kava bars and late coffeehouses remain.
“No alcohol served” is written on a card only when the venue's own verified description says so — never inferred from a rating or a name. Everything else here is a bar with a real non-alcoholic program, and it is labelled as a bar. Hours are the venue's live listing, re-synced weekly; the drinks on each venue page were read off its current menu and carry the date we last confirmed them.

A named drink built on a real non-alcoholic spirit (Seedlip, Lyre's, Ritual, Pathfinder and the like) is a different thing from a soda with fruit in it, and it is priced and served like a cocktail. If the list has changed since we checked, ask what the bar is making that week rather than for "a mocktail".
It is an honest one. The venues marked "no alcohol served" are rooms where nobody at the next table is drinking either, and for many people that is the only kind of night out that works. The licensed venues are bars — good ones for a non-drinker, but bars — and the page says so plainly rather than blurring the two. Choose by the label, not the name.
