Velveteen Rabbit is an award-winning craft cocktail bar and one of the very first cocktail bars to open in Downtown Las Vegas's Arts District, known for its artsy interior, boutique spirits, vintage furniture, pink patio, and constantly evolving seasonal menus built on house-made botanicals and syrups. The bar maintains a dedicated 'Non-Alcoholic Cocktails' section on its drink menu, with house creations priced at $14 each that are as carefully composed as its full-proof drinks. Confirmed zero-proof builds include Shadows in the Garden (Lyre's orange aperitif, tomato-cucumber water, rosemary, Indian tonic, celery bitters), The Midnight Idol (verjus, fig & chamomile syrup, thyme, coconut milk, lime, aquafaba, tonic), Resurrection (NA gin, jasmine, blue spirulina, coconut, lemon, iris water, aquafaba, orange bitters), and Lemur's Tale (NA tequila, guava, baobab-lychee syrup, lime, aquafaba), with The Empress also appearing as an alcohol-free option. Patrons can optionally add a spirit to a non-alcoholic build for an additional charge. The bar is located at 1218 S Main St and is open daily from 5pm.
