Set within the lobby of Parkview Square in Bugis - the ornate 1990s tower known locally as Singapore's 'Gotham Building' - Atlas opened in 2017 and looks straight out of The Great Gatsby, with soaring ceilings, gleaming gold, and an iconic eight-metre gin tower holding more than 1,300 bottles at the heart of the room. It has become one of the city's most decorated bars, ranking among The World's 50 Best Bars (No. 43 in 2024) and collecting design and industry honours over the years.

In June 2026 the bar unveiled 'Daughters of Atlas,' its first major menu refresh in years, created by head bartender Esmeralda Castrogiovanni, who arrived with more than a decade of experience including a stint at World No. 3 bar Sips in Barcelona. Structured as a seven-chapter collection of 16 signature drinks inspired by the seven daughters of the Greek titan, the menu makes a point of bringing zero-proof options to the front of the list to make the experience more inclusive for non-drinkers.

The non-alcoholic builds are treated with the same craft as the spirited ones. The Vanda Mist (S$12) is a bittersweet, creamy no-alcohol serve of fresh grapefruit, almond syrup, salt, cinnamon and cream over crushed ice, inspired by Singaporean motifs; Miss Rouge blends a non-alcoholic spiced spirit with verjus, basil tea and salt, finished with a nasturtium leaf; and Hope On The Horizon pairs kombucha and yuzu as a champagne-cocktail alternative. Alcohol-free interpretations run across the classic cocktail styles the bar is known for, so non-drinkers get a full parallel menu rather than an afterthought.

Atlas is open Monday afternoon through Saturday late (closed Sundays), and its grandeur, gin obsession and now front-and-centre zero-proof program make it a landmark stop for alcohol-free drinkers in Singapore.
