Delilah Miami is a 1920s-themed waterfront supper club from the h.wood Group, the Los Angeles hospitality company co-founded by John Terzian and Brian Toll, which opened in December 2023 inside The Four Ambassadors on Brickell Key. It has a terrace and yacht slips over Biscayne Bay, art-deco styling, elevated American food and nightly live entertainment that escalates into a late-night lounge as the evening goes on.

A supper club is a format organised around drinking from the first course to the last, and the later it gets the more true that becomes. Delilah carries a short but genuine non-alcoholic section built with the same approach as its full cocktail list rather than as a separate, simpler set. The Sun's Out uses Lyre's non-alcoholic rum with elderflower, lime and mint over ice. The Peacemaker is Lyre's Italian Spritz with grapefruit and lime, topped with tonic — a spritz shape, which is the right call for a room where most people are holding a coupe.

Both are $16, and the price is worth noting rather than glossing. Charging cocktail money for a zero-proof drink signals that it takes cocktail work, and it means the non-drinker is a full participant in the room's economics rather than a discounted guest. Resident Magazine described the drinks as built with the same attention as the cocktail programme.

It is the Miami outpost of the wider Delilah group. Expect a dress code, a door, and prices to match the setting — this is a night out rather than a dinner, and the two named alcohol-free drinks are what make that night out available to someone who is not drinking. Brickell Key is a short causeway from downtown and effectively an island, so plan the journey — this is not somewhere you pass on the way to something else.
