Housed in a 100-plus-year-old building that was originally the Franklin Avenue Variety Theatre, the venue spans multiple bars across two levels and leans into a moody, artwork-on-every-surface aesthetic; The Infatuation notes you can watch bartenders mix cocktails and a seasonal selection of mocktails in the leather-trimmed basement.
Salt Lake magazine calls the room buzzy without being overbearing. Because the mocktail list rotates seasonally, specific zero-proof offerings change through the year, but the program is consistently called out by local press as one of downtown's better options for non-drinkers.
What to order
- Rotating seasonal mocktails
- Hibiscus-cinnamon hot-toddy-style mocktail (seasonal)
“I went to Franklin Ave over the holiday break and our server said the mocktail menu was really 'popping off.' I couldn't agree more. I got a hot toddy-esque drink with hibiscus and cinnamon that was delicious and comforting.”— Terina Ria, City Cast Salt LakeCity Cast Salt Lake, "The Best Mocktails in Salt Lake," 2025 →
