The three signature zero-proof drinks each draw on specifically Texan flavor profiles. The Hibiscus Haze blends hibiscus, prickly pear, and lemon, sweetened with simple syrup and finished with Lady Bird Tonic for a floral, vivid pour. The Lady Bird Tonic cocktail layers grapefruit, pineapple, cranberry, and guava over Lady Bird Grapefruit Soda — a drink named deliberately after Texas's own Lady Bird Johnson. The Mojito Refresher builds lemon, pineapple, cucumber, and mint with agave and ginger ale for a clean, cooling finish. The bartending team at Haywire — part of Front Burner Restaurants' group portfolio — created the menu with the stated intent of matching the complexity of the restaurant's alcoholic cocktail program.

Haywire Legacy West is a good fit for business dinners, date nights, and groups that include non-drinkers, since the mocktails integrate naturally into the full menu rather than arriving on a separate laminated card. Reservations are strongly recommended on weekends; OpenTable is the easiest booking route. Dress is smart-casual — the rooftop skews younger and louder, while the second-floor dining room is quieter.
