Husk began in Charleston in 2010 under chef Sean Brock, built on a rule that has since been copied across the South: if an ingredient is not grown or raised in the South, it does not come through the kitchen door. The Savannah restaurant applies the same logic on Oglethorpe Avenue, a block off Bull Street in the Historic District, and its bar has quietly become one of the more rigorous alcohol-free programmes in coastal Georgia.

What makes it rigorous is structural. The cocktail menu prints SPIRIT-FREE as a named section directly under HUSK COCKTAILS — not an afterthought at the foot of the page — and the drinks in it are priced and constructed like the alcoholic ones. The NA Espresso Martini is built on Lyre's non-alcoholic coffee and rum spirits with vanilla and coffee, finished with alcohol-free bitters. In the Clear runs ISH Caribbean spice spirit against Seedlip Grove with coconut and lime. Spark Plug is the most technical of the four: ginger and grapefruit, Giffard's alcohol-free ginger spirit, non-alcoholic bitters, lengthened with Misty Cliffs sparkling non-alcoholic chardonnay. A South African Lautus sparkling Pinotage rosé is listed as a glass pour in its own right, and Athletic Brewing's Upside Dawn golden ale sits on the beer list with its ABV printed alongside every other beer.

The menu is dated on its face — the copy checked for this listing was marked April 25, 2026 — which is a useful signal in a city where drink lists move fast. It also shows how fast: the mocktails Savannah's own tourism guide credits to Husk, the Amethyst Twilight and the Negroni Bambino, are both gone from the current sheet. The programme survived the rotation; the specific drinks did not.

Dinner runs 5pm to 10pm daily, with brunch added Saturday and Sunday from 10am, and a weekday happy hour from 5pm.

For a non-drinker the practical advantage of eating here is that the wine and whiskey lists are the reason most people book, and the spirit-free drinks are constructed to sit alongside a menu built for them rather than to fill a gap. The Lautus rosé in particular is poured as a wine rather than as a substitute for one, which means a table can share a bottle course without one person opting out of the meal. That is a small thing to engineer and a rare one to find in a restaurant of this level anywhere in coastal Georgia.
