608 W 700 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Founded in 2016 by Salt Lake native Andrew Dasenbrock, Kiitos ("thanks" in Finnish) was conceived as a trifecta of environmental, social and beer-making goals — running on wind-generated electricity and using a high-efficiency brewing system. The Granary District taproom shares space with its retail can shop, so visitors can sip on-site and grab cold cans and merch to go.
The kitchen partnership with Rico Foods brings fresh Mexican fare to the room, while a deep pinball and arcade collection has helped build a loyal neighborhood following. Kiitos expanded to a second Sugar House location in late 2025, but the Granary District taproom remains its flagship.
