Kitty Dare is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in Atlanta's Inman Park, in the storied 1029 Edgewood Ave space. It opened in 2021, founded by owner and wine director Jamshad "Jaamy" Zarnegar, who was born in Iran and previously co-owned Athens' Last Resort Grill; the kitchen is led by chef Giuseppe Esposito, from Italy's Emilia region. The restaurant is named for Zarnegar's late friend, Kitty Dare Etheridge. The menu spans pan-Mediterranean plates such as berbere chicken with saffron rice cakes and bucatini with shrimp. Alongside its wine-forward bar, Kitty Dare runs a small named zero-proof cocktail list built on Amethyst 0.0% spirits. Named alcohol-free drinks include the Kian (Amethyst Blueberry Ginger Mint, lime, simple syrup, ginger beer) and the Farhad (Amethyst Lemon Cucumber Serrano, lemon, simple syrup, mint). The bar opens daily at 4pm.
