Overlook Lounge debuted at Wynn Las Vegas as a reimagining of the resort's former Parasol Up bar, transformed by Wynn Design & Development president and chief creative officer Todd-Avery Lenahan into a jewel-toned, "equal parts opulent and cozy" room evoking an upscale socialite's living room. Perched above the Lake of Dreams, it pairs crystal chandeliers and vintage European furnishings with sweeping views of the resort atrium.
The cocktail list is the work of Wynn master mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini, named a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist and finalist for Outstanding Professional in Cocktail Service, who has shaped more than 30 cocktail programs across Wynn and Encore. The Overlook menu centers on five aperitif-driven spritzes and five reworked classics, plus three deliberately crafted alcohol-free mocktails: the Ava (zero-proof Italian orange spritz), the Ruby (sparkling pomegranate and Pompelmo spritz), and the Wilde (exotic sparkling yuzu lemonade). The dedicated, named zero-proof options make it a comfortable stop for sober and sober-curious guests looking for something more elevated than a soda water on the Strip.
