Pacific Cocktail Haven, known as PCH, is a Union Square cocktail bar opened in 2016 by acclaimed bartender Kevin Diedrich, celebrated for inventive cocktails that lean on Asian-Pacific ingredients and reflect Diedrich's Filipino heritage. After a February 2021 fire destroyed its original space, PCH reopened in March 2022 at 550 Sutter Street, a few doors from the original location. The bar is one of the most awarded in San Francisco, having won Best American Cocktail Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and a regular on North America's 50 Best Bars list, climbing to No. 16 in 2025. Its deep menu is broken down by spirit and by non-alcoholic options, with zero-proof drinks crafted with the same care as the alcoholic menu and the option to ask bartenders for a spiritless version of nearly any cocktail. Named spirit-free pours include Raisin da Roof (Lyre's N/A gin and dry aperitif with raisin, orange, and apple cider vinegar) and Karl the POG (Seedlip Spice with house POG, orgeat, citrus, and ginger beer).
