The Edison is a contemporary New American restaurant and cocktail bar in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, opened by the family-owned Benson's Restaurant Group in the ground-floor space of the restored 1914 Commission Row warehouse at 322 N. Broadway. The kitchen leans into coal-fired butcher's cuts, seafood, and brunch, while a speakeasy-inspired bar anchors the drinks program.
