The Kingstide is Daniel Island's riverfront dining destination, a two-story coastal restaurant from the Charleston-based Indigo Road Hospitality Group overlooking the Wando River marshlands. The downstairs is a dinner-only fine-dining room serving raw and wood-fired seafood and steaks, while the upstairs rooftop bar offers a more casual menu and weekend brunch.
The bar program carries a printed "Spirit Free" section of zero-proof cocktails, including a Passion Fruit Punch (passion fruit, toasted coconut cream) and a Hibiscus Citrus (hibiscus, agave, lime, ginger beer), each $10. Non-alcoholic beer drinkers can order Athletic Brewing's Upside Dawn golden ale or Run Wild IPA, both $6.
