Tipping Point Restaurant & Terrace occupies the ground floor and poolside terrace of Hotel ZaZa Houston Memorial City, which was completed in 2017 and is owned by developer MetroNational, a west-side companion to the original Hotel ZaZa in Houston's Museum District. The restaurant overlooks the hotel's rooftop Beach Club pool in the Memorial City neighborhood near CityCentre, serving contemporary American food from Dinner, Bar, Brunch and Morning menus, Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-12am and Friday-Saturday 6:30am-1am, with live music on the terrace Saturday nights.
Hotel ZaZa Memorial City received a Michelin Key in the Michelin Guide's inaugural 2024 North American hotel selections. Tipping Point is the hotel's flagship restaurant.
The restaurant's published bar menu keeps a standing Mocktails section alongside its Cocktails, Martinis and Wine lists: three $12 builds -- Verdant Chill, Blush Garden Fizz and Golden Hour Paloma -- made with fresh fruit, herbs and sparkling water rather than spirit alternatives. Houston Press's January 2026 Dry January mocktail guide called out Tipping Point's alcohol-free program by name, describing it as 'a short but polished alcohol-free lineup.' (Note: that same article describes two other zero-proof drinks -- a Blueberry Gin Sour and Zero Proof Margarita using Ritual Gin/Tequila -- attributed to Tipping Point; neither appears on the restaurant's current published bar or drinks menu, so they are not listed here as standing offerings.)
