3621 Byers Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76107
Hotel Dryce is at 3621 Byers Avenue in Fort Worth's Cultural District, and Bar Dryce is the bar in its lobby. The hotel describes it as an airy space serving inspired cocktails and mocktails, craft beer and wine, used for casual catch-ups with friends as well as group events, and the hotel presents the Cultural District — home to the city's museums and to Dickies Arena — as its neighbourhood. 360 West's 2025 guide to Fort Worth's zero-proof drinks included it and noted that, near Dickies Arena, it keeps a dedicated dry cocktail menu — which is how the bar itself labels the section.
That Dry Cocktails column, subtitled Zero Proof, holds five drinks. The Cardamom Fizz is Ghia aperitif with yucca syrup, lime and sparkling water. The Remix layers guava paprika syrup and smoked chili bitters with ginger beer and a candied chili mango. Refresh & Repeat is sparkling water and lime over grapefruit ice cubes; the Texas Sun is pineapple juice, jalapeño syrup and lime with a Tajín rim; and Ghia Le Spritz comes three ways, with Ghia soda, Ghia ginger, or lime and salt. Prices on the posted menu run from $6 to $13. The rest of the list is cocktails, Texas beers such as Martin House Friday IPA and Wild Acre Texas Blonde, and a short list of wines.
Two notes for strict non-drinkers. Cocktail bitters are usually made with alcohol, so The Remix may carry a trace from its smoked chili bitters; the other four have nothing of the kind listed. And the menu the hotel posts online is from an earlier season, so ask which dry cocktails are pouring that day. Bar Dryce is open from noon to 11pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Friday and Saturday, and the hotel's events team handles private bookings. The hotel answers questions on (817) 330-9886.
