Catch Dallas is the upscale seafood, sushi and steak restaurant from the national Catch brand, which opened in the historic Maple Terrace building at 3005 Maple Avenue in Uptown Dallas in 2025 — the chain's eighth location, joining New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami. The dining room is known for whole branzino, Allen Brothers prime steaks, tableside wagyu fried rice and nigiri and sashimi with fish sourced from Japan's Toyosu Market, set around a glass-walled cellar of more than 500 wine selections overseen by Pappas Bros alum Ben Reynolds.

The bar runs a named "Zero Proof" section on its cocktail menu. Named builds include an Espresso Martini (Lyre's Coffee Originale, salted vanilla, coconut water), a Lychee Martini (lychee, pressed coconut water, lemon, orange blossom), a Watermelon Mojito (watermelon, Seedlip Grove 42, mint, lime) and a Makrut Lime Spritz (makrut lime leaf, grapefruit, lemon, Topo Chico). Athletic Brewing's Upside Dawn is available as a non-alcoholic beer pour.

The zero-proof program was highlighted in DiningOut's Dry January guide to Dallas's best zero-proof cocktails, which singled out the vanilla-forward espresso martini. Weekend brunch service (Saturday and Sunday) also offers zero-proof options alongside its specialty cocktails.
