Redstraw Tea Bar

Redstraw Tea Bar is the Carrollton outpost of the Redstraw tea-bar concept, a fully alcohol-free spot at 1012 MacArthur Drive that builds its identity around handcrafted, cocktail-inspired teas rather than boba-shop sweetness alone. The staff are billed as 'Tea Artists' who make each drink to order from fresh fruit, seasonal juices, organic herbs, and loose-leaf tea, and the shop advertises a custom service where a Tea Artist will 'create the custom tea of your dreams.'

The specialty-tea menu is explicitly modeled on cocktails without the alcohol. Named builds include the Peach Bellini (peach black tea with lychee and mango), the Grapefruit Punch (a special-blend jade tea mixed with fresh grapefruit juice), the French Daisy (jasmine green tea with fresh lemon, colored naturally with butterfly pea), and a run of alcohol-free mojitos - Mango Mojito (jasmine green tea with mango and lime), Watermelon Rose Mojito, Organic Matcha Mojito, and Green Mojito (mint and key lime). A build-your-own 'Custom Tea' option lets guests design their own zero-proof drink alongside milk teas and coffee.

With weekend hours running until 11pm, Redstraw functions as a late-night, zero-proof alternative to a bar - a place to meet friends over a 'cocktail' that happens to be tea. It is entirely non-alcoholic, uses organic milks (soy, almond, oat) and organic cane sugar or honey, and is available for delivery across DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
