Ritual opened in January 2026 in the former Alice restaurant space at 1623 N. Hall Street, in the Bryan Place pocket of Old East Dallas. The sophisticated late-night lounge is the work of three hospitality veterans: Justin Kalhoff (Alice, The Standard Pour, Black Swan Saloon), Chris Evans (Green Light Social), and Cole Howard (a Komodo Dallas operating partner and former Hendy's on Henderson manager). The cocktail program was built by consultant Paul Ramon, who was named one of the Top 50 World Class U.S. Bartenders in 2022.

What makes Ritual notable for non-drinkers is a full, dedicated menu section of non-alcoholic "Elixirs" — four alcohol-free cocktails positioned to emphasize, in the team's words, "intentionality and inclusivity." Rather than an off-menu mocktail on request, the Elixirs are printed alongside the spirited list and get the same craft treatment Ramon brings to the rest of the bar, where signatures lean on modern textures like matcha cold foam and Biscoff-spiced infusions.

The lounge runs a late-night, evening-only schedule (roughly 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.), with light plates such as beef tartare, grilled cheese, cheese eclairs, salads and lobster rolls, plus live music midweek. The space keeps an exposed-brick, tiled-bar look, with a graffiti-mural bathroom by artist Leah Kirsch.

The menu will boast a full list of non-alcoholic "Elixirs," in an effort to emphasize "intentionality and inclusivity."
