Temple Cellars

Temple Cellars describes itself as "a neighbourhood bottle shop dedicated to small, independent producers from around the world," curating natural wines, craft beers, sake, small-batch spirits and non-alcoholic alternatives. Its retail home is a walk-in shop at 31 Binjai Park, a quiet parade of shophouses in the Bukit Timah residential belt, and the business also runs one-hour islandwide delivery and trade wholesale alongside free in-store pick-up.

What earns it a place on an alcohol-free map is a real, dedicated 'Zero Alcohol' section rather than a token bottle or two. On the shelves you can browse Plus & Minus alcohol-removed Australian wines across five styles - Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Rose (2025 releases, S$30 each); alcohol-free beers from Heaps Normal (Third IPA, S$6) and Verdant (PSYCH! AF IPA, S$10); and a strong showing of fermented and sparkling teas from tazaTe (Pines, Wild Flowers, Hai and Bamboo pet-nats, S$25-S$48) and Acala (Spritz, Mimosa, Rose and Red, S$35-S$40). Ready-to-pour non-alcoholic cocktails from Pentire (Margarita and Paloma, S$9) round out the mindful-drinking range.

It is worth being clear about what Temple Cellars is: a full-range bottle shop that happens to run a serious NA corner, not a dedicated non-alcoholic venue or a bar. There is no cocktail service or seated bar programme here - the value is being able to physically pick up genuine alcohol-free wines, beers and sparkling teas in Singapore, from a shop that treats them as a proper category rather than an afterthought.
