The Guild House sits at 624 North High Street in the Short North and was Cameron Mitchell Restaurants' first farm-to-table concept, working seasonal and local produce through a creative American menu across breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner seven days a week. It was awarded One Michelin Key in 2024, and it is one of the few Columbus dining rooms serving a full breakfast service from 7am and still pouring cocktails at 10pm.

What earns it a place here is the printed ZERO PROOF heading on the beverage menu. Columbus has a great many restaurants where a bartender will happily build something without alcohol if asked; a named section means the drinks have been costed, trained and put in front of every guest without them having to raise the subject. The list carries six entries. Mionetto alcohol-removed sparkling wine from the Veneto is sold by the glass at $11 and by the bottle at $44 — a genuine bottle option, which matters for a table where one person is not drinking. The Orange Spritz at $9 builds a spiritless aperitif into the same Mionetto. Citrus Ginger at $10 uses Seedlip Grove 42 with lime and candied ginger. The Blackberry Smash at $9 is the fruit-forward option, blackberries with pomegranate and fresh citrus, and is the drink local roundups tend to name. The Espresso No-Tini at $10 uses Lyre's coffee originale with fresh espresso, brown sugar and cinnamon, which puts a proper after-dinner drink on the non-alcoholic side of the list rather than leaving it to coffee alone. A rotating Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic beer at under 0.5% ABV completes it at $7. The pricing is worth noting: nothing on the zero-proof list runs to full cocktail money. Worth adding that the restaurant's daypart range is itself useful here. Because The Guild House serves breakfast from 7am, lunch, brunch at weekends and dinner into the evening, the zero-proof list is available across the whole day rather than only from a bar shift — so an alcohol-free spritz or espresso build is orderable at a business lunch as readily as at dinner. Reservations are advisable at weekends.
