À Toi is a 1920s Paris-inspired speakeasy and cocktail bar tucked inside a historic boutique hotel on King Street West, part of the COC (Coffee, Oysters and Champagne) hospitality concept. Per venue lore, the building was put up in the 1920s by French millionaire Antoine Mercier as a gift to the city, with the hotel's name — à toi, French for "to you" — an inside joke between Mercier and his wife, Isabel; Mercier reportedly died during construction under circumstances that were investigated but never resolved, and Isabel completed the build, centering it on the lobby bar that carries the hotel's name. Canada's 100 Best summed up the effect on its 2023 list of the country's best bars, where À Toi ranked No. 20: "The pearly pink oyster bar is merely a front for a lavishly embellished speakeasy with layers of secret chambers." Inside, the room leans into rich jewel tones and 1920s glamour, pairing an extensive raw and dressed oyster program with classic cognac, absinthe and champagne-forward cocktails, plus a late-night comfort menu of poutine, grilled cheese and a banquet burger.

The bar sits at 214 King St W, on the border of the Entertainment and Financial Districts near St. Andrew subway station. It's open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 2am and Sunday from 8pm to midnight, closed Mondays, with reservations taken through SevenRooms; the venue also hosts private events, weddings and corporate parties.

À Toi runs a standing, six-item zero-proof cocktail menu, every drink $16 and built on Giffard Alcohol-Free Liqueur as the base spirit rather than treated as an afterthought pour. The list spans the Garden Daiquiri (cherry, honey, grapefruit, lime), Ce N'est Pas Une Sortie (honey, lemon, lavender, jasmine, soda), Bébé Picante (watermelon, lime, fire tincture), 1920s Orchard (watermelon cordial, lemon, white peach Red Bull, soda), Best Friends (blueberry rooibos tea, peach, lemon) and Old Flames (plum, lime, honey, ginger beer) — a named, priced, ingredient-listed section that puts the zero-proof list on equal footing with the bar's alcoholic cocktail menu.
