Vector Brewing

Vector Brewing opened in the heart of Lake Highlands in summer 2020, founded by husband-and-wife team Craig and Veronica Bradley. Craig spent six years brewing at Lakewood Brewing before launching Vector, where every beer is made in-house on a custom seven-barrel Deutsche brewhouse tucked away right behind the bar, with two barrel-aging rooms — one dedicated exclusively to mixed-fermentation and oak-aged beers.

Alongside its house draft list, Vector keeps a dedicated 'Not Beer' menu for people who aren't drinking. That includes a genuine bench of non-alcoholic beers — Bero (the 0.0% brand backed by Tom Holland) in Double Tasty West Coast IPA and Noon Wheat, plus Rationale Brewing's Japanese-Style Dry and Mexican Cerveza and Sam Adams Just the Haze — as well as Noble Coyote nitro cold brew on tap, kombucha, cider and a full espresso-and-tea program. Because the coffee bar opens at 7am and runs all day, ordering a cold brew instead of a beer is completely normal here.

The atmosphere is built for families and designated drivers, not just beer enthusiasts. The outdoor patio has a 'Half Pints' play zone for kids, and on weekends Vector serves brunch from 11am to 3pm with sourdough pizzas, migas and gravy pizzas. It's the kind of neighborhood brewpub where choosing an NA beer or a nitro cold brew over a house IPA never feels like a compromise.
