1958 West Gray St, Suite 101, Houston, TX 77019
Zanti Cucina Italiana opened its second location in Houston's River Oaks Shopping Center in November 2022, following the original Zanti in The Woodlands (2019). Founder Santiago "Santi" Peláez partnered with director of operations Stefano Ferrero and executive chef Hilario Zamora to run the roughly 7,700-square-foot restaurant at 1958 West Gray Street, Suite 101. Zanti holds Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence (2024) for its extensive Italian-focused wine program.
The bar menu's permanent "Zero-proof" section lists four drinks, each priced at $15 to match the alcoholic cocktails: Berry Brezza (Seedlip Garden, raspberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda), Mora di Zanti (Seedlip Garden, hibiscus, blackberry syrup, lemon juice, mint, soda), Piccola Rita (Seedlip Notas de Agave, lime & orange juice, soda) and Senza Fashion (Cut Above Non-whiskey, maple syrup, N/A bitters). Alongside this standing list, Zanti has run Dry-January zero-proof specials named in local press — including La Mora di Zanti, Marg No Rita, Panoma and Tiki Good — built on Seedlip.
The zero-proof list has drawn Houston Dry January press: DiningOut Houston (January 6, 2026, bylined Lorretta Ruggiero) and KPRC/Click2Houston (January 6, 2026) each named Zanti among the city's best spots to drink alcohol-free, both citing the 1958 W. Gray address and its Seedlip-based drinks.
