A garden-driven Italian restaurant in Houston's Heights neighborhood from chef Ryan Pera and Agricole Hospitality, Coltivare pairs its rustic, Gulf Coast-inflected Italian cooking with an award-winning "Zero Proof Cocktails" menu built on Houston-made Cut Above spirits, Lyre's, and Seedlip, plus non-alcoholic beer and wine.

Ocean Beach Cafe is an all-day cafe, fully alcohol-free bar and non-alcoholic bottle shop at 734 La Playa Street in the Outer Richmond, one block from Ocean Beach. It was opened by career bartender Joshua James, who bills it as San Francisco's first non-alcoholic bar, and it serves scratch-made food and Four Barrel coffee alongside craft zero-proof cocktails, chai and kava. The retail side stocks one of the largest selections of non-alcoholic beer, wine and spirits in the country. The cafe also runs Temperance Tastings, alcohol-free mixology classes, a private lounge called Temperance and a membership programme, Club AF. The San Francisco Standard has called it the granddaddy of the city's alcohol-free nightlife, and it is the anchor of non-alcoholic drinking in San Francisco.

Wallace Dry Goods is Ardmore's first fully non-alcoholic bottle shop, opened in early 2024 by owner Robin Cummiskey on the Main Line at 1 West Lancaster Avenue. Styled like a traditional bottle shop — shelves of "whiskey," wine, gin, and mixers — it stocks zero liquor; everything is alcohol-free. The shop sells NA spirits, beer, wine, cider, mixers, bitters, syrups, and ready-to-drink cans, plus barware, so non-drinkers have the same tools to build cocktails at home. Brands carried include Ghia, Ritual Zero Proof, Cut Above, Seedlip, Lyre's, Athletic Brewing, Abstinence, and Mingle Mocktails. A daily in-store tasting bar pours rotating samples and the occasional craft mocktail, and the shop hosts classes and events. Wallace Dry Goods was named Best Non-Alcoholic Bottle Shop in Philadelphia Magazine's 2024 Best of Philly awards.

Bar Botanico is a plant-filled Lawrenceville cocktail bar with a strong zero-proof lineup built on NA spirits. Signature mocktails include the Cut Above Mezcal Sour (Cut Above NA mezcal, coconut water, lapsang, jalapeno, lemon, vegan foamer), a Seedlip Highball and a Seedlip Espresso Martini, plus Red Ribbon seltzer and house-made lemonade and citrus soda. It is frequently cited among the city's best mocktail bars.

Tucked into the lower level of Noto in St. Peters, Bormio channels the Alpine crest — Northern Italy, Switzerland, Austria and beyond — into hearty mountain cooking and one of the St. Louis metro's most serious zero-proof programs. The bar prints a dedicated non-alcoholic menu headlined 'Clear views.': five $13 signature mocktails built on craft NA spirits, from the Ash & Fig (Cut Above zero-proof mezcal, caramelized fig, lime) to a pine-laced Mountain Forager and an NA Espressotini made with Lyre's Amaretti. Best Day Brewing's hazy IPA, Weihenstephaner's NA weissbier and alcohol-removed Mionetto prosecco round out the list. Feast Magazine named the concept — then called Bacaro — its Best New Restaurant of 2024.

HiFi at The Finn is a Tokyo-inspired vinyl listening lounge on the mezzanine of The Finn, a chef-driven food hall inside the historic Jones on Main building in Downtown Houston. Built around a curated turntable system with rotating DJ sets Wednesday through Saturday, the room is kept deliberately quieter than the food hall below so the music stays audible. It opened in 2025, with Filipino-inspired small plates — lumpia, adobo, pancit — curated by James Beard Award-winning chef Tom Cunanan. The zero-proof program is genuine rather than token: named builds anchored on Cut Above alcohol-free spirits, including Tang, Tang, Taaang with Cut Above tequila, lime oleo, agave and house-made tangerine soda, and No Speed Limit, which layers Pathfinder Hemp & Root with Cut Above whiskey, black cherry and coffee. Turner's Cut is Ben Berg's opulent, Gilded Age-inspired steakhouse in Houston's Autry Park, and its bar list carries a genuine four-drink zero-proof program built on Seedlip and Cut Above non-alcoholic spirits rather than an afterthought syrup-and-soda pour. The same $12 mocktails — Strawberry Rose Refresher, Spiced Pear, Margfreerita, and Kosnopolitan — are shared with sister restaurant Prime 131 under the Berg Hospitality Group's beverage program, and were independently confirmed by multiple Houston Dry January roundups.

Zanti's River Oaks bar keeps a standing "Zero-proof" section on its permanent cocktail menu, not just a seasonal add-on: Berry Brezza, Mora di Zanti, Piccola Rita and Senza Fashion, built on Seedlip Garden, Seedlip Notas de Agave and Cut Above Non-whiskey (each $15, matching the alcoholic cocktails). Each January the bar layers in Dry January specials such as La Mora di Zanti, Marg No Rita, Panoma and Tiki Good. Houston outlets DiningOut and Click2Houston (KPRC) each named the zero-proof list in January 2026 Dry January roundups, evidence of a maintained program rather than a one-off.

Jethro's Cocktail Lounge is a retro, midcentury-modern room on the Montrose side of the Montrose/Midtown line, opened in April 2024 by hospitality partners Russell Malixi, Wade McElroy and Andrew Corbett — the team behind Ma'am Sir LA, Horse Thief BBQ and the Arroyo Club in Los Angeles. Dark woods, geometric shapes and black booths pair with a walk-up bar and an airy patio, and the compact menu runs about ten signature cocktails alongside smashburgers and fries. Its zero-proof program is small but genuinely built on real non-alcoholic spirits rather than juice: four named mocktails at $10, including the Watermelon Fresca with Cut Above zero-proof agave, watermelon and lime, and the Botanical Crown with Empress 1908 0.0, honey and Topo Chico. Peach Blossom and 9 Out of 10 round out the list.
