F The Bar is a craft cocktail and local-beer bar tucked inside Fergusons Downtown, the revitalized historic motel marketplace at 1028 E Fremont St in Downtown Las Vegas. Alongside its spirit-forward cocktails, it keeps a small standing mocktail menu of crafted zero-proof drinks: the Heatwave (watermelon soda, coconut syrup, lemon and lime juice, jalapeno, with a Tajin rim), The Earl of Fergusons (Earl Grey iced tea, green apple syrup, passion fruit, lime juice and fresh mint), and the Spring Fling, which is built on Lyre's non-alcoholic gin with dragon fruit syrup, orgeat and lemon juice. Guests can add a side of house shrub to any of these. The bar also runs a monthly hands-on mixology workshop series, and its January "Reset" edition centered specifically on clean, mocktail-style builds with the option to skip the spirit. It is open Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday through Sunday 12pm-10pm.
