The Asher Adams was developed by Hatteras Sky inside and around the landmark Union Pacific Depot, with No. 119 designed to evoke a speakeasy with upscale, big-city polish. The room is whiskey-led but built to please every palate, which is where the zero-proof list comes in.
The flagship non-alcoholic pour, the Garden Boxcar, uses Seedlip Garden 108 — a distilled botanical zero-alcohol spirit — lengthened with sparkling water and finished with Peychaud's bitters and mint, mirroring the bar's classic-cocktail sensibility without the alcohol.
