88 Broad St, Charleston, SC 29401
Sorelle sits at 88 Broad Street and spans a mercato, central bar, wine room, and dining room across two floors, serving chef Nick Dugan's modern take on Southern Italian cooking with Lowcountry ingredients. Head bartender Matt Rak treats the no-and-low list as a creative outlet, building a standing Zero Proof section (St. Agrestis 'Phony Negroni', vanilla-cream Italian soda, Fever-Tree sodas and tonic, and an Untitled Art NA lager) plus spirit-free versions of house drinks such as an N/A Aperol-style spritz.
In summer 2025 Sorelle teamed with local non-alcoholic brand Sipland for a "Tomato Summer" collaboration, headlined by a Tomato Water Martini (Seedlip Grove 42, house tomato water, lemon, saline, and house hot sauce) served in both spirited and spirit-free versions, alongside drinks like the Palmetto Paloma and La Dolce Vita. Sipland stated it will continue to curate Sorelle's non-alcoholic menu seasonally.
