Søbr Market's Toronto shop occupies the lower level of Wellington Market, the food hall inside The Well - the mixed-use development at 486 Front St W in Toronto's King West/Fashion District. It is a dedicated non-alcoholic bottle shop: no alcohol is sold on the premises, and the shelves are stocked entirely with zero-proof spirits, wines, beers, and ready-to-drink cocktails rather than a bar pouring drinks by the glass.
The Well location relocated here on December 31, 2025, moving from its original Richmond Street storefront into the Wellington Market space. Søbr Market operates as a small Canadian retail chain with a companion online store offering country-wide shipping, and the Toronto shop carries the same curated non-alcoholic lineup - including Lyre's, Ghia, Free Spirits, and Dr. Zero Zero - alongside the wider wine, beer, and spirits categories the company sells nationally.
Despite the move, the shop kept its signature format: an in-store tasting bar where customers can sit down and sample the spirits and de-alcoholized wines before committing to a bottle. "We still have the tasting bar. You can still come and have a seat at our bar and try samples of all of our spirits," co-founder Jessie Halliburton told 6ix Retail in January 2026 - underscoring that even after the relocation, Søbr Market still functions as much as a tasting room as a retail counter.
