Centennial Yards is the redevelopment of the railway gulch that separated downtown Atlanta from Mercedes-Benz Stadium for decades, and Hotel Phoenix is its first major completed building. Zephyr is the hotel's signature restaurant, sitting at lobby level at 70 Centennial Olympic Park Drive NW and taking its name — like most of the drinks list — from the passenger trains that once ran through the site. The kitchen works a French brasserie framework with Southern ingredients: spicy fried chicken with stone-ground grits, collard greens and pickled vegetables; shrimp biscuits with avocado and maple; endive salad with smoked chicken, green apple and whole-grain mustard; deviled eggs and cornbread with smoky tabasco butter. It serves from 6:30am to midnight every day, which makes it one of the longest-trading rooms downtown, and a 32-seat bar called Bar Z runs off it.
Thandi Walton runs the beverage programme, and her cocktail list keeps the railway conceit going with drinks like The Gulch Resurgence and the Boxcar Burn. The non-alcoholic drinks are grouped under their own heading — Zero Judgement — which is a deliberate signal to guests rather than a filing convention, and DiningOut's 2026 zero-proof survey judged that the menu earns the name. The named drink from it is Butterflies on the Rail: butterfly pea flower for the colour shift, lemon for acid, blackberries for body, and an egg white foam that gives it the head and mouthfeel of a classic sour rather than the thinness of a juice. It is the only alcohol-free drink we could confirm by name, so it is the only one listed here; the rest of the Zero Judgement list rotates and we have not published names we could not verify. Zephyr is a fully licensed hotel restaurant, so it sits at four, but the non-alcoholic section is titled, run by a named bartender and available every hour the room is open.
