Beyond the Bar is DFW's first alcohol-free bottle shop and dry bar, and by its own account the only one in Texas — a zero-proof shop and tasting room in a 1958 mid-century building in Richardson's Core District. Lions Den is the bar at Le Méridien Dallas in the historic Stoneleigh, opened in 2026 under chef Michael White, and its menu carries a printed Zero Proof section that treats non-alcoholic drinking as an aperitivo tradition rather than a lemonade problem. Giusto E Sbagliato is the ambitious one — Lyre's American Malt with Roots Rosso, a cocoa-infused Giffard aperitif syrup and Crodino, the Italian bitter aperitivo. Chelsea Corner is a long-running Knox-Henderson neighbourhood bar with a big patio, and it keeps a printed Zero Proof / Mocktail Menu that is deeper than most dedicated cocktail bars manage. Ritual Zero Proof does the heavy lifting: a zero-proof espresso martini, a Tommy's margarita and a cucumber mint spritz that adds Lyre's Classico. The Libertine is a Lower Greenville neighbourhood pub whose printed Mocktails section has proven genuinely durable — all four drinks covered by press in January 2025 are still on the menu today, which is rare in a category built on seasonal promotions. Two drinks is a short list, and it lives inside a menu PDF rather than a drinks page, so it is easy to miss — but both are properly built on non-alcoholic distillates.

Miss Angeline's on Denton's downtown square runs the deepest non-alcoholic cocktail list in the metroplex: a printed Non-Alcoholic Drinks section with eight named mocktails, nearly all built on Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits. The range covers a MockaRita, a French 86, a PiNO Colada, an EspressotiNO and a NOgroni — meaning a non-drinker can order across the whole cocktail canon rather than picking from two. Six taps and cans back it up, including Guinness Zero and four Athletic Brewing beers. Open daily until 2am.

Uchiko in Legacy West carries three separate zero-proof sections — cocktails, wine and beer — which is more structure than most Dallas restaurants give the category. The cocktails include the mitsu mitsu on Ritual Zero Proof gin with rosemary and yuzu honey, an akabanaa built on Ritual's agave spirit with hibiscus and lime, and a tsuchi mule using the Scottish botanical spirit Feragaia, an unusually adventurous choice for a suburban dining room. Earls in Legacy West prints two alcohol-free sections — Zero Proof for the mixed drinks and Non-Alcoholic for beer and soft options.
