Sobr Market (Danforth)

Sobr Market's Danforth outpost is a fully alcohol-free bottle shop on Danforth Avenue in Toronto's east end, sitting just past Coxwell Avenue in Danforth Village — technically east of the Greektown strip that runs roughly between Broadview and Greenwood, though the shop is sometimes grouped in with that stretch. It's one of three Toronto-area Sobr Market locations, alongside the chain's stores at The Well and Summerhill, and unlike a licensed retailer with a small non-alcoholic shelf, the entire inventory here is zero-proof — there is no alcohol sold anywhere in the store.

The Danforth store is a franchise of the Sobr Market chain, opened in 2025 and run by owner Jenn. It's open daily from 11am to 8pm, with online ordering available through the location's own portal for local delivery or in-store pickup.

The shelves cover the full range of non-alcoholic categories: wines in red, rosé, white and sparkling styles; beers spanning IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours, and wheat and Belgian styles; and spirit alternatives standing in for gin, rum, whiskey and tequila, including bottles from Free Spirits. Beyond those core categories, the store stocks ready-to-drink cocktails, seltzers and functional beverages, plus curated collections for vegan, organic, gluten-free, kosher and halal shoppers — enough range to build a full boozeless bar cart from one visit.
