A hidden underground speakeasy beneath Sip Coffee & Beer Garage in the Arcadia Lite neighborhood of Phoenix, 36 Below pairs a transportive, candlelit room with a dedicated 'Zero Proof' menu of non-alcoholic 'glasses' that are almost too pretty to drink. Spirit-free options have included the Artemis (alcohol-free rum, white chocolate, hazelnut, oat milk, nitro coffee), the Two of Cups, and Enlightened — crafted with the same care as the cocktails and small plates.
