Bar None is a fully alcohol-free cocktail bar in Chicago's West Loop, operating Friday through Sunday evenings inside Froth, the cocktail-inspired coffee cafe in the lobby of The Duncan at 1515 W Monroe St. Launched in late February 2026 by Heritage Hospitality Group and founder Michael Salvatore, it is billed as Chicago's first THC-integrated sober bar: every drink is zero-proof, and guests can optionally add a fast-acting, flavorless 2.5mg hemp-derived THC microdose ("Find Your Zen") to any cocktail. Estereo is the Latin-American all-day bar from Heisler Hospitality on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square, known for one of Chicago's most serious agave spirits lists and, alongside it, a standing Non-Alcoholic section on the same printed menu. Two of its zero-proof pours are built in-house: a tepache of pineapple, black pepper, cloves, piloncillo and Rare Tea Cellar Mallorca melon tea, and an agua fresca of Seedling Farms tart cherries and mint. The California Clipper is Humboldt Park's longest-standing neighborhood bar, established in 1937 in a building that has stood at California and Augusta since 1912, and it carries one of the deepest non-alcoholic lists of any old-line Chicago tavern. The Loyalist is a chef-driven restaurant and bar that opened in summer 2016 at 177 N Ada Street in Chicago's West Loop, occupying the garden level beneath Smyth, its three-Michelin-starred sibling. Andros Taverna is chef Doug Psaltis's Greek restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square, built around a wood fire, mezze and slow-roasted lamb, and its drinks menu carries a dedicated Zero Proof section priced at a flat $14 - the same tier as the low-ABV cocktails and only three dollars under the full-proof list. Kumiko is a Japanese dining bar in Chicago's West Loop, opened in 2018 by bartender and restaurateur Julia Momosé, who also leads it as creative director and beverage visionary. Named for the Japanese kumiko woodworking technique reflected in its design, the venue treats food and drink with equal reverence. Cantina Rosa is an agave-focused cocktail bar in Hyde Park, opened in November 2024 by chef Erick Williams of Virtue Hospitality, who named it after his grandmother Rosetta. Pilot Project Brewing, opened in August 2019 by co-founders Dan Abel and Jordan Radke, bills itself as the country's first dedicated brewery incubator — a Logan Square tasting room, café, and kitchen that gives startup and minority-owned breweries a launch pad for production and distribution. Three kinds of evidence put a venue on this page, and each card says which. The strongest is a menu we've read: the exact beers, the price where the menu prints one, and the date we confirmed it. Next are breweries — a brewery is in this directory because it pours non-alcoholic beer, often its own. Last are venues whose own menu or copy names a specific NA brand they carry. Nothing here is inferred from a review or a vague “great NA selection”.
“Non-alcoholic” is a legal band, not a promise of zero: under 0.5% ABV in the US, with “alcohol-free” reserved for 0.0%. The big lagers (Heineken 0.0, Guinness 0.0) are labeled 0.0%; most craft NA beers sit somewhere under 0.5%. We name the brand wherever the venue does so you can check the label that matters to you.

Most craft NA beers (Athletic, Best Day, Untitled Art) sit between 0.0% and 0.5%; Heineken 0.0 and Guinness 0.0 are labeled 0.0%. Rules differ abroad: in the UK "alcohol-free" is 0.05% or under and "de-alcoholised" up to 0.5%.
