    Chez Maggy

    Union Station (LoDo)

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

Chez Maggy is the ground-floor French restaurant of the Thompson Denver hotel on Market Street, and the first restaurant outside Los Angeles from Michelin-starred chef Ludo Lefebvre. It is named for Lefebvre's late mother-in-law Margaret, a Colorado native who was killed by a drunk driver in 2019 — context that gives the restaurant's zero-proof list more weight than a hotel bar's usual courtesy offering. Visit Denver describes a delectable selection of zero-proof cocktails, naming the Earl Grey Bliss, built on tea-infused Ritual zero-proof gin with lemon and honey, and a St. Agrestis Phony Negroni made with the brand's non-alcoholic mezcal. The kitchen applies the same approach to the food, cooking classic French dishes with Colorado ingredients. Bar M, in the hotel lobby, is the companion cocktail room.

    Death & Co

    RiNo

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

Death & Co Denver is the second outpost of the New York cocktail bar, opened in 2018 inside The Ramble Hotel in Denver's River North Art District. Founders David Kaplan, Alex Day and Ravi DeRossi opened the original Death & Co in a windowless Manhattan room in 2007, where it helped lead the modern craft cocktail movement. The Denver location is a multi-bar complex within the boutique hotel: the marquee lobby bar with 1930s decor and plush velvet seating, the DC/AM coffee and brunch bar serving 7am to 3pm daily, the seasonal outdoor Garden, and Suite 6A, a mezzanine lounge overlooking the lobby bar. The bar keeps a standing Zero Proof section on its Denver menu, currently the Vibe Shift, Porch Swing, Business Casual and Cap Gun, alongside non-alcoholic wine and beer. Opening bar manager Alex Jump, since departed to open The Peach Crease Club, is widely credited as a founding figure of Denver's modern non-alcoholic bar scene.

    Poka Lola Social Club

    LoDo

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

Poka Lola Social Club is a cocktail bar inside The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block in Denver's LoDo (Lower Downtown) neighborhood, with a concept that blends art-deco elegance and Midwestern soda-shop nostalgia inspired by turn-of-the-century American soda fountain culture. Beverage manager Lexi Parker runs a seasonal cocktail program built around fresh produce — recent menus have featured ingredients like ube, lychee, snap peas, turmeric, and pink peppercorn-infused spirits. The bar maintains a dedicated non-alcoholic cocktail menu on its own website, which turns over with the seasons: the current list runs Water Your Garden (La Borosa non-alcoholic agave spirit, Giffard NA aperitif, herbes de Provence, lemon), Sandy Cheeks (house coconut cream, pineapple, lime), Walking on Sunshine (strawberry, honey, mint, lemon), and Rootin' Tootin' (sarsaparilla, molasses, wintergreen, star anise). The venue features live music, an alley bar that opens for warm-weather seating, and a 'Dealer's Choice' option where the bar crew creates a custom cocktail based on the guest's preferences.

    Narrative

    Cherry Creek

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Narrative is the signature restaurant of The Jacquard, an Autograph Collection hotel in Cherry Creek North with a rooftop pool and bar. It runs a seasonal mocktail list alongside its cocktails, changed with the menu rather than held static: Visit Denver names Bitter Passion, built on passion fruit and ginger, and Herb Heaven, made with lemon, mint and cucumber. The restaurant opens at 6:30am on weekdays and 7am at weekends and serves through to 11pm, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner and late drinks in a neighbourhood where most kitchens close earlier. The rooftop gives the same drinks a second setting in summer. It is a modest but genuine zero-proof offering in a part of Denver that the city's existing non-alcoholic coverage has largely missed.

    Adrift Tiki Bar

    South Broadway

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

Adrift Tiki Bar is an immersive Polynesian and Caribbean-inspired tiki bar on South Broadway in Denver, established in 2011 and bought in 2016 by current owner Loren Martinez, who also runs Little Man Ice Cream. The room is a full tropical build: a totem-pole-flanked bar, pufferfish lights, and an outdoor patio with a firepit, with a kitchen turning out spice-route Polynesian and Caribbean plates to match the rum-forward list. The menu carries a dedicated "On Dry Land (No ABV)" section — Anchored Tides (ginger, lime, demerara, Leopold Bros non-alcoholic aperitif), the N/A Mai Tai and N/A Painkiller (both built on Ritual N/A Rum), and the P.O.G. of passion fruit, orange and guava — plus a Mash Gang non-alcoholic IPA. A separate "In Shallow Water" section lists low-ABV cocktails for guests moderating rather than abstaining. Vince Polizzi is bar manager.

    Gold Point

    Five Points (RiNo)

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

Gold Point is a whiskey-forward neighbourhood bar on Larimer Street in Five Points, known locally as an industry hangout where bartenders drink after their shifts, with a patio and no pretension. Despite the reputation, it keeps a standing "Non-Alcoholic" heading on its own drink menu alongside cocktails, cans and bottles, wine and combos. The three house zero-proof drinks are built on non-alcoholic spirits rather than juice, and priced at $11 to $12: a fruity non-alcoholic French 75 made with Ritual gin, a Phony Negroni, and a tropical bitter spritz built on The Pathfinder hemp spirit. The bar also stocks Athletic Brewing's Atletica Mexican-style lager and Three Spirit Spark by the can. It opens at 4pm on weekdays, 2pm at weekends, and trades to 2am daily.

    4 Noses Brewing Company

    Northeast Park Hill

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

4 Noses Brewing Company runs a Denver taproom on Dahlia Street in Northeast Park Hill alongside its original Broomfield brewery, and in 2025 it launched Camp Zero, its first non-alcoholic beer. The brewery describes Camp Zero as "our easy-drinking adventure into alcohol-free beer", crafted with full flavour and made for trail breaks and mellow nights; the second batch is a tangerine guava blonde that Westword characterised as brewed with real fruit, lightly tart and plenty refreshing. Camp Zero is poured at the taproom and stocked by other Denver bars — Briar Common in Jefferson Park keeps it on its guest non-alcoholic can list. The Dahlia Street room opens from noon or early afternoon daily and closes by 9pm, and is family-friendly.

    Emerald Eye

    Union Station (Larimer Square)

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Emerald Eye is an underground tropical cocktail bar beneath Larimer Square, opened in July 2023 by the hospitality group Pouring With Heart and modelled on the Caribbean of around 1955 — green tile, vintage-inspired lighting, botanical wall coverings and DJs playing Caribbean music at weekends. Its rum and agave programme is the main draw, but the menu carries a standing "NON ALCOHOLIC" heading with three house drinks at $12 apiece: an NA Piña Colada, an NA Margarita and an NA Negroni built on a non-alcoholic aperitif and non-alcoholic amaro. The bar opens at 4pm daily and runs to midnight on weeknights and 1am on Friday and Saturday, which makes it one of the later options downtown for a built alcohol-free drink.

    The Goldfinch

    South Broadway

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

The Goldfinch is a dual-purpose bar on South Broadway from Denver hospitality veteran Iain Chisholm, which opened in 2024 behind Upswell Studios at 1842 South Broadway and now runs as a coffee shop by day and a cocktail lounge by night — its own team describes the model as drawn from Thai drinking establishments, with mornings light and airy and evenings darker and moodier. The interior is a Hollywood Regency and ski lodge fusion: leather couches and velvet chairs on black-and-white checkered floors, chandeliers, gilded mirrors, a VIP booth and a planted patio. The current non-alcoholic offering is modest rather than extensive: the Greenhouse Rickey N/A (Seedlip Garden 108, agave, fresh lime, cucumber, soda) and a Sober Carpenter alcohol-free blonde ale on the happy hour list, an N/A Mimosa built on Lunetta Zero sparkling wine at brunch, and a full espresso, matcha and tea programme from 6:30am. DJs play downtempo house on weekends.

    Briar Common Brewery + Eatery

    Jefferson Park

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

Briar Common is a brewery and restaurant on the corner of Clay Street in Jefferson Park, a short walk from Empower Field, focused on classic beer styles paired with an eclectic food menu. Its bar list carries a dedicated "Zero Proof" heading with six house non-alcoholic drinks at $7 each — all built from fresh juices, house syrups and teas rather than bought-in mixers — plus a guest non-alcoholic beer shelf at $6 that runs Best Day Brewing's Electro-Lime and West Coast IPA alongside 4 Noses Camp Zero Tangerine Guava Blonde. The zero-proof list includes a colour-changing lemonade made with butterfly pea blossom syrup and a hot chamomile-and-honey drink, so the range covers a full evening rather than one token option.

    Alley Brews

    Berkeley

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Alley Brews is a small women-owned brewery and coffee shop hidden in the alley between Tennyson and Stuart Streets in Berkeley, taken over at the end of June 2025 by longtime friends Liz Hess and Chelsea Rhoads — Rhoads helped open 4 Noses Brewing in 2014 — who rebranded it from Berkeley Alley Beer Company. The room is designed to work all day: coffee and matcha from the morning, small-batch beer and draft cocktails later, and a stated non-alcoholic line of "non-alcoholic beers, kombucha, coffee, matcha & in-house crafted mocktails". Rhoads told Westword in October 2025 that entire groups had been drinking N/A beer on a Sunday and that there was no stigma around it. Gluten-free brews are also part of the standing offer.

    The Peach Crease Club

    RiNo

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

The Peach Crease Club is a mid-century-inspired vinyl listening bar in Denver's RiNo district, across the plaza from Mission Ballroom, opened November 28, 2025 by husband-and-wife bartenders Alex Jump and Stuart Jensen. The culinary-driven cocktail list names drinks after the dishes they reference, and — crucially for non-drinkers — the menu prints the alcohol-by-volume of every drink and marks those that can be built non-alcoholic, with a full Non Alc page carrying four cocktails of their own: Green Curry (non-alcoholic rum, curry spices, palm sugar, rice, coconut, MSG, soda), Peanuts & Cola (The Pathfinder, Three Spirit Nitecap, peanuts, cola), Borscht (non-alcoholic vodka, beets, yogurt, dill, lime, horseradish cream) and Hazelnut & Peaches (non-alcoholic white wine and French aperitif, peaches, sweet potato, dukkah). Non-alcoholic beer, wine and Casamara Club sodas are listed alongside. It earned a 2026 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards nomination for Best New US Cocktail Bar.

    The Tatarian

    Berkeley

NA Program Strength: 4 of 5?

The Tatarian is a contemporary neighbourhood cocktail bar on Tennyson Street in Berkeley, opened in 2018 and named for the Tatarian maples that shade the sidewalks outside. Its drinks are themed around trees of the world, and the theme extends into the non-alcoholic list: the house zero-proof cocktail, Luna, is named in honour of the activist Julia Butterfly Hill, who occupied a thousand-year-old California redwood to stop it being logged. Unusually for a Denver bar, the back bar carries non-alcoholic spirits as stocked bottles rather than as a single house pour — CleanCo Tequila Blanco, Lyre's London Spirit and Seedlip Garden 108 are all listed by the glass — alongside Partake's non-alcoholic IPA. 303 Magazine picked the bar out in its 2025 sober-summer guide.

    Upstairs Circus

    LoDo

NA Program Strength: 3 of 5?

Upstairs Circus LoDo is the original location of the DIY workshop-meets-bar concept, opened in 2010 in Denver's historic Lower Downtown district at 1500 Wynkoop Street near Union Station. The space pairs a full bar serving craft cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine with a rotating menu of 25+ hands-on creative projects — jewelry making, leather working, woodworking, art, and home décor — that guests work on at their own pace while drinking. The format is reservation-based: book a seat, pick your project from the menu at check-in, get supplies and photo tutorials plus on-demand staff help, and take your finished piece home. The non-alcoholic offering is a headed section of the bar menu rather than an afterthought: Free Spirited, marked no alcohol, lists five drinks at $8 — the Pineapple Palm Reader, Berry Go Round, Tumblin Peach Tea, Lion Taming Limeade and the jalapeno-spiked Pepper Pantomime — with Athletic Brewing's Free Wave hazy IPA poured alongside at the same price, roughly half what the cocktails cost. The concept has since expanded to Austin, Minneapolis, and a second Denver-area location in Greenwood Village, but the LoDo location remains the original.

How we know a Denver bar has NA beer

Three kinds of evidence put a venue on this page, and each card says which. The strongest is a menu we've read: the exact beers, the price where the menu prints one, and the date we confirmed it. Next are breweries — a brewery is in this directory because it pours non-alcoholic beer, often its own. Last are venues whose own menu or copy names a specific NA brand they carry. Nothing here is inferred from a review or a vague “great NA selection”.

“Non-alcoholic” is a legal band, not a promise of zero: under 0.5% ABV in the US, with “alcohol-free” reserved for 0.0%. The big lagers (Heineken 0.0, Guinness 0.0) are labeled 0.0%; most craft NA beers sit somewhere under 0.5%. We name the brand wherever the venue does so you can check the label that matters to you.

Draft NA beer is spreading but still uncommon, so we never assume it. A pour is marked “on draft” only when the venue's menu says tap or draft; everything else should be read as cans or bottles.
