Incloud is a fully alcohol-free Chinese teahouse on Prinsep Street, and the only venue of its kind in Singapore built around a floating stream: a channel of running water set into the communal table that carries cups of tea to guests. It trades as an elegant tea-set room by day, with pastries and full gongfu service, and shifts into something much closer to a bar at night. The hours are what make it genuinely useful to a non-drinker — it runs until 3am from Sunday to Friday and until 4am on Saturdays, which is later than most licensed bars in the city, making it one of the very few late-night social venues in Singapore where alcohol is not part of the equation.

Gibson is a second-floor speakeasy on Bukit Pasoh Road from the Jigger & Pony Group, a longtime fixture of Asia's 50 Best Bars, whose menu carries a genuinely considered non-alcoholic section illustrated with watercolour sketches of its key ingredients. Atlas is the cathedral-like Art Deco lobby bar inside Parkview Square's 'Gotham Building,' a fixture of The World's 50 Best Bars and home to an eight-metre gin tower. Its 2026 'Daughters of Atlas' menu deliberately moves zero-proof cocktails to the front of the list to include non-drinkers, built with the same precision as the alcoholic serves. Native, Vijay Mudaliar's pioneering sustainability-led cocktail bar on Amoy Street, runs a full non-alcoholic menu with as many drinks as its alcohol list, all built without refined sugar using hydrosols, edible oils and in-house ferments. Zero-proof anchors include the Sereh Telang (butterfly pea, lemongrass, calamansi) and a house Thai-style ginger beer (galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, chili), each around S$12. ANTI:DOTE is Fairmont Singapore's apothecary-themed cocktail bar, where Head Mixologist Kingston Chin's 'Cure-All' menu carries genuine zero-proof builds alongside its spirit-forward remedies. Manhattan is the grand hotel cocktail bar on Level 2 of the Conrad Singapore Orchard (the former Regent Singapore), a former World's Best Bar in Asia that runs a genuine printed zero-proof section called 'Off Broadway' — four non-alcoholic creations, one for each chapter of its 'Seasons of Manhattan' menu. Head bartender Zana Mohlmann builds the Autumn Groove Fizz by dosing tonic with a lemon-mushroom oleo saccharum, and the Blooming Daisy on Lyre's non-alcoholic agave spirit with bee pollen and rose lychee milk tea. MO Bar, the flagship cocktail bar of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, treats its non-alcoholic drinks as first-class pours rather than afterthoughts. The kitchen-driven bar team makes its own kombuchas and ferments, and the current Vol. 7 'Modern Localism' menu is built so drinks can be ordered either way: mocktails such as The Artis (fermented banana tibicos, pandan and coconut salt) are served alcohol-free by default with the choice to add vodka, while cocktails like B.T.B (Bean to Bar) come in a non-alcoholic variation. Komyuniti is the in-house bar and restaurant at YOTEL Singapore on Orchard Road, and it prints one of the few genuinely named zero-proof menu sections in the city. The drinks list is divided into seven series — DRY, WOOD, SOBER, KLASSIC, ACID, FRUIT and SPUMY — and SOBER is a standing part of that structure with its own menu page, not an afterthought tacked onto the back. Neon Pigeon is a Tokyo-inspired 'third culture' izakaya on Carpenter Street whose drinks list is deliberately split into full-proof, half-proof and zero-proof cocktails built with the same craft — the alcohol-free builds are listed alongside the rest rather than buried at the back of the menu. The best-selling zero-proof No Kaze pours Lyre's London Dry (alcohol-free gin) with London Essence blood-orange-and-elderflower tonic, a house Thai-basil cordial and a dashi-and-seaweed saline, garnished with Japanese cucumber, shiso and celery. Fura is a future-food, low-carbon cocktail bar on Amoy Street whose printed 'Ugly Delicious' menu section runs five dedicated non-alcoholic drinks alongside five house-fermented low-alcohol 'wines'. The zero- and low-proof work is central to the concept: imperfect surplus fruit and vegetables (in partnership with local vendor Fresh Veggies) are fermented in-house into fruit wines and kombucha rather than thrown away. Run by ex-Noma head forager Christina Rasmussen and ex-Operation Dagger bartender Sasha Wijidessa, it won the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award at Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024.

One Trick Pony is a Club Street hybrid — a coworking cafe by day that turns into a restaurant and cocktail bar by night — whose 'No-Low & Full ABV' programme is billed as Singapore's first to build the drink around a fully zero-proof base you can optionally spike, rather than treating the non-alcoholic version as an afterthought. The signature list runs alcohol-free by default, with drinks like the Golden Glow and Popcorn Paloma, and cocktails start from S$20. The drinks direction comes from Vijay Mudaliar, founder of Native, one of Asia's 50 Best Bars. The Honeycombers describes the signature list as a fully zero-proof line-up that you can choose to have spiked, which is the inversion that makes this bar worth the trip.

How this page decides what counts
Three facts, all verified, all required. The venue has to rate at least 4 of 5 for its non-alcoholic program — a fully alcohol-free room, or a licensed venue with a strong named zero-proof list, the same floor our Singapore sober bars page uses. It has to be somewhere you can sit, so bottle shops are out. And its hours have to run past midnight on at least one night, which is what makes this a nightlife page rather than a second copy of the sober bars list: at that cut a restaurant with a good zero-proof menu drops out, and the bars, lounges, kava bars and late coffeehouses remain.
“No alcohol served” is written on a card only when the venue's own verified description says so — never inferred from a rating or a name. Everything else here is a bar with a real non-alcoholic program, and it is labelled as a bar. Hours are the venue's live listing, re-synced weekly; the drinks on each venue page were read off its current menu and carry the date we last confirmed them.

Every venue here closes after midnight on at least one night; the card for each shows the latest closing time and how many nights a week it applies. The list is ordered latest-first. Hours come from each venue's live business listing and are re-synced weekly — but late hours are the first thing a bar trims, so check the day before a special trip.
Order from the zero-proof list by name — every venue here has one, and each venue's own page lists the drinks we read off its current menu with ingredients and prices. A named drink built on a real non-alcoholic spirit (Seedlip, Lyre's, Ritual, Pathfinder and the like) is a different thing from a soda with fruit in it, and it is priced and served like a cocktail. If the list has changed since we checked, ask what the bar is making that week rather than for "a mocktail".
It is an honest one. The venues marked "no alcohol served" are rooms where nobody at the next table is drinking either, and for many people that is the only kind of night out that works. The licensed venues are bars — good ones for a non-drinker, but bars — and the page says so plainly rather than blurring the two. Choose by the label, not the name.
