Alcohol-Free Things to Do in Miami
Miami's non-alcoholic scene splits into two distinct strengths. First, an unusually deep cluster of fully alcohol-free kava and wellness lounges — Wynwood alone has Syndicate, SÜRENITEA, and Kava Villa, with Vice City Kava on Coral Way, Miami Kava in Little River, and Elixir's kava speakeasy in South Beach. Second, the city's marquee restaurants and bars now treat zero-proof as a real menu: Sexy Fish in Brickell mirrors every cocktail in a 0% version, Michelin-starred Boia De and the Design District's Michael's Genuine build named mocktails on Lyre's and Pathfinder, and Midtown's The Sylvester runs a dedicated "No Hangovers" list. ZERO ZERO in Little River is the city's first dedicated NA bottle shop, while José Andrés's Aguasal in Mid-Beach and R House's Wynwood drag brunch round out the range. Whether you want a morning coffee, a craft mocktail at night, or a bottle to take home, here's how to plan it in Miami — no drinking required.

Coffee & daytime
Cafés that are alcohol-free by nature — open early and easy to linger in.
Sip 305
Sweetwater (FIU)
Sip 305 is an alcohol-free drinks shop on SW 109th Avenue in Sweetwater, beside Florida International University's main campus, and it keeps unusually late hours for a cafe in west Miami-Dade: 7:30am to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 7:30am to 1am on Friday and Saturday. The entire menu is beverages and dessert. Coffees are ordered by name rather than by size, and the house list runs to the Macklemore, the Caramelcita, the Tuscan Trifle, the Cinnabon and the S'more, alongside Sunshine Sodas, smoothies, milkshakes, a Cuban Coffee poured as a sweetened double shot, and a build-your-own Choyo Coffee. Google Places records no beer, wine or cocktail service. A second Sip 305 trades on North Kendall Drive.
specialTEA Lounge & Café
Westchester
specialTEA Lounge & Café has traded on Coral Way in Westchester since June 2009 and bills itself as Miami's original tea lounge. The counter carries more than sixty premium loose-leaf teas, from Chinese green and Taiwanese oolong to South African rooibos and Indian spiced chai, served as hot pots, iced teas, London fogs and tea lattes. A full boba programme runs alongside it with classic tapioca pearls, popping pearls and fruit jellies in more than ten flavours, including taro boba cremes, Thai tea lattes and matcha boba. The coffee is USDA organic, fair trade certified and roasted locally, poured as French press, cold brew, lattes and mochas. Frozen drinks include a matcha freeze and a chilly vanilla chai. It stays open until 11pm six nights a week.
Tea & Poets
South Miami
Tea & Poets is a tea lounge and arts space in the Shops at Sunset Place in South Miami, established in 2016. Its drink list is built entirely on tea, and the largest section of the menu is headed "Tea Cocktails" with the subtitle "non-alcoholic" printed directly beneath it: ten named builds including the Blueberry Mojito (spearmint green tea, fresh lemon, mint, blueberry), the Blood Orange Basil (English breakfast, blood orange bitters, fresh basil, lemon juice, cane sugar), the Immune Intervention (ginger Ubud, lemon juice, honey, activated charcoal) and the Julley Butter Tea (Kashmir chai, whipped butter, brown cane sugar). Tea baristas will also blend a custom tea to order. The room hosts a long-running open mic on Wednesday nights at 7pm and stays open until 10pm on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Bayti Cafe
Doral
Bayti Cafe is a Lebanese cafe and bakery on NW 41st Street in Doral, built around what its owners describe as a passion for the food culture of Lebanon. The drink list is entirely coffee, tea, juice and blended fruit: macchiato, flat white, cappuccino, americano and espresso from the espresso bar, matcha and chai lattes served hot or iced, iced tea, mango juice, a Lebanese mint lemonade, and a pineapple ginger smoothie, plus milkshakes. Google Places records no beer and no wine service at the address. The bakery counter carries Lebanese pastries and sweets alongside the savoury menu. It is a daytime room, open 8am to 5pm seven days a week, and its full drink list is published online.
Cocktails & a night out
Bars pouring craft zero-proof cocktails for an actual night out.
The Sylvester
Midtown
The Sylvester is a Midtown Miami cocktail bar opened in April 2019 by Florida natives Ben Potts and Brian Nasajon, the duo behind Beaker & Gray. Set in the former Bardot space at 3456 N Miami Ave, it pairs vintage Miami décor — colorful retro wallpaper and repurposed antique furniture — with a craft cocktail program built on locally sourced ingredients, reopening in 2021 with a refreshed Florida-themed menu. Its alcohol-free offerings live in a dedicated menu section headed "No Hangovers," featuring built-to-order zero-proof cocktails alongside Heineken 0.0. Current named NA drinks include the Dama Verde (Aplos Ease, Ritual Zero Proof Gin, honeydew, matcha, clarified), the Venetian Pathway (Pathfinder Hemp & Root, raspberry cordial, soda), and the Sex Panther V.26 (Seedlip Grove, vanilla, passion fruit, mint). DJs play Thursday through Saturday.
Cafe La Trova
Little Havana
Cafe La Trova is the Calle Ocho bar and Cuban restaurant that put the cantinero tradition back on the international map, ranked #42 on North America's 50 Best Bars in 2024, 2025 and 2026 and #82 on the World's 50 Best Bars list in 2025, with co-founder Julio Cabrera named Roku Industry Icon in 2023. Its bar menu carries a short mocktail section of two named builds, both priced at $10: the Yumislaidy, a long pour of pineapple juice, agave syrup, lime juice, cucumber juice and soda water, and the Mexican Cooler, which uses the non-alcoholic agave spirit Almave Blanco with spicy agave syrup, lime juice and ginger beer. Service starts at 4pm daily and the room stays open to 2am on Friday and Saturday.
Rosa Sky Rooftop
Brickell
Rosa Sky is a rooftop bar and lounge on the 22nd floor of the dual-brand AC & Element Hotel Miami Downtown in Brickell, opened in 2022. Known for panoramic skyline views, globally inspired tapas, DJ-driven nights, and a popular Sunday Soirée bottomless brunch, it pairs handcrafted cocktails with a compact but genuine zero-proof section. The non-alcoholic lineup is built on Ritual Zero Proof spirit alternatives and Giffard syrups: Feeling Frisky (Ritual Whiskey Alternative, Giffard ginger, lemon), Rooftop Retreat (Ritual Tequila Alternative, Giffard pineapple, basil, coconut water, citrus), and Pom Pom (Ritual Gin Alternative, pomegranate, vanilla, citrus). The Pom Pom also appears as a zero-proof pour during the bottomless brunch. It's a full-service rooftop rather than a dedicated NA venue, but the named mocktails are real and ingredient-specific.
Watr at the 1 Rooftop
South Beach
Watr at the 1 Rooftop is the eighteenth-floor bar and restaurant on top of 1 Hotel South Beach, looking straight out over the Atlantic from Collins Avenue. It stays open to midnight on weeknights and 2am on Friday and Saturday, which makes it usable as a late destination rather than a sunset stop. The documented alcohol-free build is the Sunburnt on South Beach, mixing coconut water with mango, lime, mint and Fever-Tree ginger beer — long, hydrating and built for the heat rather than for imitation of a cocktail. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau calls it one of Miami Beach's most refreshing ginger beer drinks and highlights the hotel's sustainability-led design.
Dinner & a sit-down
Restaurants with a real non-alcoholic drink menu, not just soda.
Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink
Design District
Michael's Genuine Food & Drink is chef Michael Schwartz's flagship neighborhood restaurant in Miami's Design District, open since 2007. A James Beard Award winner (Best Chef: South, 2010), Schwartz built the room around fresh, local, wood-fired cooking, and it carries a 2026 MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand. Its bar runs one of Miami's more developed zero-proof offerings: the Greater Miami CVB describes it as "one of the city's most robust zero-proof programs," built on house-made sodas, seasonal juice blends, and named non-alcoholic cocktails. Two confirmed spirit-free pours are the No-Proof Bulletproof, made with Lyre's American Malt, cherry-rosemary syrup and lemon, and Find Your Path, with Pathfinder hemp-derived non-alcoholic spirit, mint, citrus, and soda. The NA list sits inside a full-service bar rather than a dedicated alcohol-free venue, making it a comfortable fit for non-drinkers.
Osaka Miami
Brickell
Osaka Miami is the Brickell Bay Drive outpost of the Nikkei restaurant group, cooking the Japanese-Peruvian hybrid cuisine the brand built in Lima. Its non-alcoholic list runs to four named builds and is made from the kitchen's own infusions and cordials rather than from bottled substitutes: the Coco Bang combines coconut miso, genmaicha tea, kumquat and orange blossom; the Yuzu Tea pairs a sencha infusion with pineapple and yuzu foam; the OSK Fresh brings tangerine cordial, rosemary and soda; and the Blossom Lemonade blends sakura tea, watermelon cordial and lime. The room serves lunch Tuesday through Friday and Sunday, dinner nightly, and runs to midnight on Friday and Saturday. Secret Miami named it first among fifteen Miami zero-proof rooms in December 2025.
R House Wynwood
Wynwood
R House Wynwood is a restaurant, art gallery, and drag-entertainment venue opened in 2012 by chef Rocco Carulli and co-owner Owen Bale, widely credited as one of Wynwood's pioneer restaurants. Best known for its bottomless drag brunches and Latin-inspired menu, it expanded into zero-proof drinking with a dedicated alcohol-free cocktail program rolled out in September 2024. The standing zero-proof menu features house-built craft cocktails using non-alcoholic spirits, including the No-Groni (Bare Gin, Martini & Rossi Vibrante and Floreale), the Pathfinder Old Fashioned (Pathfinder Hemp & Root, brown sugar, aromatic bitters, orange peel), a Blanco Margarita made with Almave Blanco, and a Smoky Mango Margarita built on Little Saints St. Ember. The program also offers bottomless zero-proof mimosa and mocktail brunch packages aimed at sober, sober-curious, pregnant, under-21, and designated-driver guests. R House has been featured on The View and Good Morning America.
Sexy Fish Miami
Brickell
Sexy Fish Miami is the Brickell outpost of the London-born Caprice Holdings restaurant group, occupying a lavish, underwater-themed space featuring original Damien Hirst artwork. Beyond its Asian-influenced seafood menu, the bar program is notable for its structured non-alcoholic offering. In May 2024 the venue launched its "Unity" cocktail menu, built around 12 core flavor profiles each served in both a full-strength and a 0% ABV iteration — a near 1:1 alcohol-free mirror of the spirited list. The program was developed by Caprice Holdings' bar team, and the zero-proof builds lean on house-made tinctures and infusions plus named ingredients like Seedlip Garden 108 and London Essence Co. sodas. Miami-exclusive serves include Lime, Goldenberry, and Coffee (the latter inspired by the espresso martini and carajillo). It is one of Miami's most deliberately built NA cocktail experiences.
Toro Toro
Downtown
Toro Toro is the pan-Latin steakhouse on the ground floor of the InterContinental Miami at 100 Chopin Plaza, part of chef Richard Sandoval's group. Its non-alcoholic list is not a footnote on the cocktail card but a separate menu, printed and linked alongside the lunch, dinner, bar, drinks and wine lists as "Zero Proof". The restaurant runs it under Sandoval's group-wide Art of Zero Proof programme, which the company describes as flavourful, beautifully crafted drinks showcasing culinary artistry, creativity and elevated indulgence without alcohol. Named builds include the Espresso Maíztini, a spirit-free reworking of the espresso martini, plus the Garden Grove and a Grapefruit Sour. RESIDENT called it one of the city's most extensive zero-proof lineups in December 2025. The dining room runs to 11pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Uchi
Wynwood
Uchi is the Wynwood location of the Japanese restaurant group founded by chef Tyson Cole, on NW 25th Street, serving lunch and dinner every day of the week. The bar keeps a standing non-alcoholic section rather than a single token drink, and the builds are made to sit alongside the sashimi and hot plates rather than to imitate cocktails: the Inari uses Seedlip Grove with lychee, lemon and yuzu; the Raba is a tangier build of passionfruit and ginger topped with soda; and the newest addition, the Ube Shima, works ube with coconut milk and pineapple. Non-alcoholic beer has also appeared on the list. Happy hour runs daily from 5pm to 6:30pm, and the kitchen serves until 11pm.
ADRIFT Mare
Brickell
ADRIFT Mare is a Mediterranean restaurant and cocktail bar from Michelin-starred chef David Myers, perched on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell with terrace views over Biscayne Bay. The kitchen draws on the French Riviera, the Balearic islands, Italian produce, Levantine hospitality, and the Greek isles, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The cocktail program was built by acclaimed bartenders Moe Aljaff and Juliette Larrouy, whose résumés include Himkok and Two Schmucks. Its zero-proof side is small but real: alcohol-free cocktails such as Chai Life and Palm Paradise lean on spice, citrus, and freshness, alongside Lyre's-based non-alcoholic aperitivo classics that mirror the bar's spritz-forward sensibility. Resident magazine featured the mocktails in its 2025 Dry January roundup. It's a polished hotel-rooftop option for a sit-down dinner with credible non-alcoholic choices rather than a dedicated NA bar.
Aguasal by José Andrés
Mid-Beach
Aguasal by José Andrés opened in June 2025 inside the Andaz Miami Beach in Mid-Beach, the first of the José Andrés Group's planned dining takeover of the oceanfront resort. Named for agua salada (Spanish for saltwater), the all-day coastal-Mediterranean restaurant draws on Mallorca and Mykonos, with dishes like Kumamoto oysters, mussels saganaki, and whole snapper served indoors or on the terrace. The bar program carries a small but intentional zero-proof selection: two named spirit-free cocktails — the Cardamom & Ginger (cardamom, citrus, sakura, ginger beer) and the Mediterranean Milk Punch (lavender-cardamom tea, pomegranate, fenugreek, mint, dairy-clarified) — alongside Athletic Brewing's Free Wave non-alcoholic Hazy IPA, fresh juices, Per'la coffee, and Art of Tea infusions. A separate upstairs bar, Bar Centro, extends the group's spirit-free options. Aguasal sits steps from the sand on Collins Avenue.
Amal Miami
Coconut Grove
Amal is a modern Lebanese restaurant and bar in Coconut Grove, opened in 2022 by Ink Entertainment Group, the hospitality company led by Beirut-born founder Charles Khabouth. It is the U.S. counterpart to the original Amal in Toronto, with executive chef Wissam Baki overseeing a menu of shareable mezze and coastal Lebanese dishes in a 180-seat dining room known for live music and a lively evening scene. For non-drinkers, Amal keeps a named zero-proof list built on Seedlip Notas de Agave and Martini & Rossi non-alcoholic aperitivo: the Habibi Mule (Seedlip Notas de Agave, prickly pear–lime, hibiscus ginger beer), the Yalla Spritz (Martini & Rossi Vibrante, cranberry-mango, Fever-Tree soda), and the Secret Garden (parsley-infused Seedlip Notas de Agave, lime, orange blossom, rose water, tonic). The kitchen also serves Lebanese brunch and a daily happy hour.
Amara at Paraiso
Edgewater
Amara at Paraiso is the waterfront restaurant from James Beard Award-winning chef and owner Michael Schwartz, on Biscayne Bay at the foot of the Paraiso towers in Edgewater. The cooking is coastal Latin American, and the bar keeps two documented alcohol-free builds that are designed to sit with it rather than to stand apart: the Pathfinder's Hand, made with The Pathfinder Hemp & Root, fresh tangerine, lime and soda, and the Miami Mockarita, a margarita-style pour of coconut water, lime, agave, orange bitters, pineapple and coconut. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau lists the restaurant among the city's dining destinations with exceptional alcohol-free drinks. Service runs from 11:30am daily and the room sits directly on Biscayne Bay.
AVIV
South Beach
AVIV is the Israeli restaurant from chef Michael Solomonov and restaurateur Steve Cook, both multiple James Beard Award winners, set inside 1 Hotel South Beach on Collins Avenue. The name means "spring" in Hebrew, and the cooking pairs ancient techniques with a Tel Aviv-meets-Miami room. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Almond Blossom, which layers Seedlip Grove 42 with orgeat, yuzu juice and yuzu soda — the citrus expression of the non-alcoholic distiller carrying the almond sweetness rather than being buried by it. RESIDENT wrote in December 2025 that the drink feels layered yet restrained. The restaurant serves breakfast daily from 7am and dinner from 5:30pm, running to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Bagatelle Miami River
Miami River
Bagatelle Miami River is the Miami outpost of the French-Mediterranean group, on the Miami River just west of downtown, and it trades as a late-night dining room rather than an early one: doors at 6pm Wednesday through Saturday, closing at 1:30am midweek and 2:30am at the weekend. Its documented alcohol-free build, the Dirty Marti-No, is an unusually savoury build — a spirit-free take on a dirty martini made with Osco Original and layered with olive, thyme, grape and rose tea. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau describes it as balancing briny depth with subtle floral notes and calls it an option for guests who prefer their drinks less sweet and more complex.
Beauty & The Butcher
Coral Gables
Beauty & The Butcher is a Grove Bay Hospitality steakhouse on South Red Road in Coral Gables, a residential stretch well south of Miracle Mile, and its bar list carries two named alcohol-free builds. Both are constructed on non-alcoholic spirits rather than juice: the Skinny Hinny combines Seedlip Spice with a sour mint cordial, ginger beer and watermelon, and the Flor y Pepe pairs Lyre's Agave Blanco with elderflower, cucumber and lime. Secret Miami documented both in its December 2025 survey of Miami zero-proof rooms. Dinner runs nightly from 5pm, with an earlier Friday service from noon, and the kitchen serves until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Boia De
Little Haiti
Boia De is a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant opened in June 2019 by chef-partners Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer, who began as a Miami food-truck and pop-up before going brick-and-mortar. Tucked into the Bravo Supermarket Plaza on the Little Haiti/Upper East Side line — marked by a neon pink exclamation point next to a coin laundromat — the intimate room seats roughly two dozen and earned its first Michelin star in 2022, retained through 2026. The kitchen pairs precise small plates and pasta with a curated wine list and a genuine no/low-ABV cocktail program. The menu's dedicated "Zero Proof" section brings the same precision to alcohol-free drinks: the Sober Surfer leans into tropical Miami flavors (coconut, pineapple, Pathfinder), while Strawberry Fields Forever is a clarified, layered build of strawberry-cucumber oleo, lemon, and basil oil. An Aplos Cup and a non-alcoholic Untitled Art IPA round out the options.
Casadonna
Edgewater
Casadonna is the coastal Italian restaurant on North Bayshore Drive at the southern edge of Edgewater, with a dining room and terrace facing Biscayne Bay. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Donna d'Oro, made with Almave Ámbar — a distilled blue agave spirit with no alcohol — balanced with pineapple and lime, which puts a genuine agave backbone under a drink that would otherwise be a fruit cooler. Secret Miami described the restaurant in December 2025 as an ideal destination for booze-free sips, and RESIDENT wrote that the drink channels coastal Italian ease while maintaining structure and depth. Dinner runs nightly from 5pm, with lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday.
Chop Steakhouse & Bar
Coconut Grove
Chop Steakhouse & Bar is a modern steakhouse on Grand Avenue in the centre of Coconut Grove, open from 11am every day and running to midnight from Wednesday through Saturday, which makes it one of the later kitchens in the Grove. Its alcohol-free list runs to three named builds rather than a single afterthought: a Sparkling Yuzu Limeade, a more herbaceous Green Tea Sour, and a Berry Shrub that brings mixed berries together with ginger beer, fresh citrus, cane sugar and a hint of balsamic — a genuine shrub build rather than a sweetened juice. Secret Miami documented all three in December 2025. The restaurant serves brunch, lunch, happy hour, dinner and a late-night menu.
Delilah Miami
Brickell Key
Delilah Miami is a 1920s-themed waterfront supper club from the h.wood Group, the Los Angeles hospitality company co-founded by John Terzian and Brian Toll. It opened in December 2023 inside The Four Ambassadors on Brickell Key, with a terrace and yacht slips overlooking Biscayne Bay. The concept pairs elevated American cuisine with art-deco styling and nightly live entertainment that builds into a late-night lounge. The bar is cocktail-forward, and Delilah carries a short but genuine non-alcoholic section on its menu, building zero-proof serves with the same approach as its full cocktail list. The two named alcohol-free drinks are the Sun's Out (Lyre's N/A rum, elderflower, lime, mint, on the rocks) and the Peacemaker (Lyre's Italian Spritz, grapefruit, lime, topped with tonic), each $16. It is the Miami outpost of the wider Delilah restaurant group.
Double Knot
Wynwood
Double Knot is the Miami location of Michael Schulson's modern izakaya, brought south from Philadelphia and set on NW 2nd Avenue in Wynwood, serving sushi, sashimi and robatayaki alongside an elevated chef's tasting menu. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Blood Knot, which blends pineapple with a blueberry simple syrup and citrus soda — expressive without being heavy, in RESIDENT's December 2025 description. Dinner is the only service, from 5pm nightly, running to midnight on Friday and Saturday, with a daily happy hour from 5pm to 7pm. For anyone eating their way through Wynwood without drinking, it sits within a few blocks of Uchi, R House and Rosemary's, all of which run their own zero-proof lists.
Joia Beach
Watson Island
Joia Beach is a restaurant and beach club on Watson Island, the strip of land in Biscayne Bay between downtown Miami and South Beach, with what RESIDENT calls a European-inspired setting, on the sand facing the city skyline. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Joia Lemonade, which combines Seedlip Garden with citrus, pineapple, a rosemary agave and activated charcoal — a striking, near-black drink that reads herbal rather than sweet. RESIDENT described it in December 2025 as clean and intentional and as a zero-proof option designed for daylight hours and slow afternoons by the water. The club opens at 11:30am and runs to 11pm on Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Tuesdays.
Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann
Mid-Beach (Faena District)
Los Fuegos is the Argentine grill restaurant that Francis Mallmann runs inside Faena Miami Beach on Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach, cooking over open fire, the method Mallmann is known for. The bar's documented alcohol-free build is the Hibiscus Bloom, which blends passionfruit with hibiscus tea and a honey-lavender element — tart and floral rather than sugary, and closer in shape to an infusion than to a fruit punch. RESIDENT wrote in December 2025 that the zero-proof offering feels as intentional as the open-fire cooking. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch from 7am to 4pm every day and dinner from 6:30pm, running to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Papi Steak
South Beach
Papi Steak is a South Beach steakhouse on 1st Street in the South of Fifth district, which RESIDENT describes as a high-energy setting. Its documented alcohol-free build, the Elixir De Alma, is properly constructed: lychee, cucumber and lime with Almave Blue Agave Spirit — a distilled non-alcoholic agave — and a dash of spicy bitters, which gives the drink both an agave base and a genuine peppery finish. RESIDENT described it in December 2025 as structured and refreshing and as a zero-proof option that still fits the restaurant's high-energy atmosphere. Dinner runs nightly from 6pm, to 11:30pm on Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Rosemary's Wynwood
Wynwood
Rosemary's Wynwood is the Miami outpost of Carlos Suarez's beloved West Village Italian restaurant (Casa Nela group), which opened in New York in 2012; the Wynwood location debuted February 7, 2025 in a converted former shoe warehouse. Executive chef Craig Giunta (previously Mother Wolf, Macchialina) leads a seasonal menu of housemade pastas, antipasti, and seafood. A defining feature is the 3,500-square-foot indoor-outdoor space — nearly a third of it a living garden grown with Little River Cooperative, supplying herbs and produce used across the kitchen and bar. The beverage program runs an Italian spritz-forward cocktail list alongside a named zero-proof section: a Ghia Sour (Ghia aperitivo, lemon, egg white), a Hugo Fizz (elderflower cordial, Athletic Brewing Upside Dawn, club soda, mint, lime), and a Non #1 Bollicine Rosato, plus an Athletic Brewing Upside Dawn NA lager. Non-drinkers get composed, named options rather than an afterthought.
Sunny's
Little River
Sunny's (originally "Sunny's Steakhouse") is a Little River destination restaurant from co-owners Will Thompson and Carey Hynes, the team behind Miami's Jaguar Sun, with Aaron Brooks (ex–Four Seasons) as executive chef. It opened permanently in October 2024 after evolving from a pandemic-era outdoor pop-up, and quickly landed in the MICHELIN Guide. The 13,000-square-foot space spans chandelier-lit indoor rooms and a courtyard shaded by a banyan tree, with two bars. For non-drinkers, Sunny's runs a named "Cold Sober" mocktail menu (around $14–18) built around real zero-proof products and house ingredients. Documented pours include the Chickadee (NA Lucano, grapefruit, passion fruit, mace, lime), the Sanbitter Spritz (Sanbitter NA Campari soda, cucumber, strawberry, lemon), the Golden Spritz (Martini Floreale NA aperitivo, Mt. Olympus tea, citrus, bubbles), and the Annabel Lee (watermelon, pineapple, lime, champagne vinegar, house habanero syrup).
Uchiko
Sunset Harbour, Miami Beach
Uchiko is the Miami Beach sibling of Uchi, set on Purdy Avenue in Sunset Harbour and open for dinner only, from 5pm to 11pm seven nights a week. Where Uchi in Wynwood leans on Seedlip, the Uchiko bar builds its alcohol-free drinks on Ritual: the Akabanaa pairs Ritual's tequila alternative with lime and a hibiscus agave, giving the drink a genuine bitterness rather than relying on fruit sugar, while the Raba is the cleaner and tangier of the pair. RESIDENT wrote in December 2025 that the drinks are built to complement the menu rather than compete with it, which matches how the pair are constructed. Sunset Harbour is a walkable pocket of Miami Beach away from the Ocean Drive crowds.
Verde
Downtown (Museum Park)
Verde is the restaurant and terrace inside the Pérez Art Museum Miami in Museum Park on Biscayne Boulevard, with a terrace looking straight across Biscayne Bay. Its alcohol-free list runs to three named builds rather than one — a Boba Passion Fruit, a Coconut Cooler and a Gingerberry Smash — all built around fresh fruit and spice rather than around substitutes for spirits. RESIDENT covered the restaurant in December 2025 and wrote that the drinks are part of the larger sensory experience and that the setting encourages guests to linger. The hours follow the museum rather than the restaurant trade: closed Tuesday and Wednesday, with a late Thursday service until 8pm.
Walrus Rodeo
Little Haiti
Walrus Rodeo is a wood-fired restaurant on NE 2nd Avenue in Little Haiti, which describes its own cooking as contemporary wood-fired and is emphatic that it is not just a pizzeria. Dinner is the only service, 5:30pm to 10:30pm seven nights a week. Its documented alcohol-free build is the Rodeo Limonada, which blends strawberry, orgeat and lime — a short, straightforward drink that leans on the almond weight of the orgeat rather than on syrup. RESIDENT covered it in December 2025 and described the approach as easygoing and well made. It is one of the few documented alcohol-free drinks north of the Design District.
