Navy Strength opened in Belltown in 2017 as the tropical-focused sibling to Anu Apte and Chris Elford's Rob Roy, part of their Canoe Ventures family of bars. Built around modern tropical explorations and a rotating, travel-themed menu rather than retro tiki kitsch, it won Best New American Cocktail Bar at the 2018 Spirited Awards at Tales of the Cocktail.
The bar consistently keeps a trio of non-alcoholic cocktails on its menu, bursting with the same tropical flavors as the full-proof list — current zero-proof options include the Sober Saturn (bright, zesty passion fruit), the Final Girl (herbal and ginger-forward) and the Pom Pom (fruity and bubbly). The Infatuation cites Navy Strength as a Belltown spot that "always has a handful of clever non-alcoholic options on its menu."
